Go for a walk after dinner at night. Clears your lungs, clears your head and helps you digest your food, I know if I have a section of insomnia this is the routine I follow. Then if I am really suffering a couple of glasses of Red wine.

It even has a miss fire circuit so the engine can sound authentically old fashioned for when you want to lull people into a false sense of security before blasting them into the weeds!
