totally agree with you. Most of the bolt in cages in the quick GTRs are JUNK. I have a weld in 4 point. Its nothing crazy but i trust it. Tested the same one pretty thoroughly in my last GTR

My 7.8x gtr is full on street car, full interior, stock body, stock glass, has AC and all the other creature comforts. And new build is probably good down to 7.4ish

there was talk at tx2k of a few of the big power GTRs showing up to TI this year. Who knows. I plan to run TI for the first time and am really looking forward to it

this was the 2nd fastest GTR in the world at the time of the half mile pass. Now 3rd since gidi went 6s it trapped 206 in the quarter. Its perfectly reasonable for a high HP gtr to pick up 40 mph in the back half of a half mile Id love to see vbox, but you cant claim this is bullshit without evidence.

they should be on for this event. Not sure how much i plan to run the 35. First event for the 33 and really looking forward to running it

from my understanding its almost impossible to get a vehicle re-imported after 25 years expires if it were at any point in this country illegally. Even if its exported out of the states and re-imported after the 25 years is up. Not sure how the show and display bond plays into that though

i saw his on the scales empty vs me in it so its probably only 40-50 lb difference i went 8.7@172 on 17inch radials on the second full pass in the car ever and then broke a output shaft in the fwd clutch trapped mid 190s all of the roll race and lost to the winner Ben by a bumper in the semi finals cant take anything away from these huracans though. That truely is mind blowing

it does have lightweight seats in it but it also has a cage. Car weighs somewhere around 3800lbs mine this weekend was 4040 with me in it and a full tank of gas. Also with seats/carbon ceramics/a few other lightweight mods

man what a fun ass event. Almost got my chance to run the X version I had hoped for but i lost to Ben in the semis by a half a car There was a Red UGR stage 3 r8 there that was beautiful. Had my eye on it all weekend. Seems to me like that would be the absolutely perfect street car

Im hoping to run into a 2R or X gallardo that wants to make a pull or two

Nice meeting you this weekend man. Both cars looked and performed great. I know the feeling of finally cracking off that 200. I ran 199 in 3 consecutive events before cracking the big 200. I was blown away by the car when i looked it over. Then I noticed it was a manual and i fell in love. Awesome car and congrats on the 200
