There are several zip ties that hold assembly in place. Have your mechanic or yourself cut those off the adjust the new ones to allow the wiring harness to move around more and not be so tight. Then replace with new ones. Do all this when your getting the computer reset with a factory tech guy and test it out a bunch to make sure it doesn't trip it again. If it does, loose again and reset computer. Had all this done several months ago in mine and haven't had a prob since

Well unfortunately we have more rain and snow here today, so I don't have a sunny shot, but this is what is looks like finished. The blue REALLY LOOKS AWESOME in the sun though. It has a glitter/speckle look to it. Someday it'll be sunny here and I'll put that pic up when it is. Enjoy everyone

Although there seems to be very little interest here on this site based on the views vs comments on my thread, I will post an updated photo for those that might be interested. At this point I have put copper foil around almost all of the pieces in preparation for soldiering them all together today Remember that what you see here in regards to the color of the glass will look different once the actual sunlight comes through it. That roadster is just stunning......... Even though it appears not to have a windshield, visually its very very magnetic. I believe most people would have a serious problem of not being able to look away, if that rolled down the street, with one of us in it. Suparrr svveeeet.
