Honestly, its just the culmination of a policy we implemented six months ago, but which got derailed in the chaos of the first few months of the year.... In the end, we felt that Roy and the board where not a good match based on a LOT of different factors.... Just a simple business decision. It got blown into a LOT more than that, but the people stirring those pot are ALSO gone, which was a long time in coming as well.
