RaginBull Report post Posted April 28, 2014 No issues here. It actually has the strongest AC of any car that I've ever owned.
Leadfoot Report post Posted April 28, 2014 Same here. Maybe yours just needs a quick check for any leaks due to dry seals or something? Or maybe just a simple recharge? I run mine periodically (even during the winter) to keep the seals in shape.
tpamurci Report post Posted April 28, 2014 I think he's talking about the A/C continuing to work throughout a long drive, not just working normally. OP, I've taken my '03 on a few 3+ hour drives here in Florida during the summer and it's blown cold the entire time. I know it's not the same year but can't imagine there have been huge changes in Lambo A/C technology. My '06 Gallardo also runs well on long drives; although it did take two years to get it to that point due to a compressor leak that Lambo Orlando couldn't find. In that case though, the A/C would work great for about two weeks from refill and then would blow warm at all times until refilled again. southern Report post Posted April 29, 2014 My car was plug onto a machine to check on gas and pressure, pressure are ok but gas seems low so they did a top up, other than that it seems fine but the mechanic did warn that there could be a possible small leak. Since my car is only 3 1/2 years old, by right i shouldnt be topping gas, hence only time will know.
alan7407 Report post Posted August 7, 2014 Thanks for the comments guys, I right here at the workshop to rectify the problem, will update soon. You're simply low on refrigerant, have it checked and topped off. You should also have it checked for leaks, if it was cold at one time and now it's not, then you have a slow leak..........period. Netman Report post Posted August 8, 2014 Could also be duct work issues.
