LPOZ Report post Posted July 11, 2014 QAD is great and easy to use. What does your company do? Do you need planning boards with it?
LyinFapper Report post Posted July 11, 2014 SAP Really need to get a quote from them. I can't believe how bloody expensive this software is, I'm definitely in the wrong business
LyinFapper Report post Posted July 11, 2014 QAD is great and easy to use. What does your company do? Do you need planning boards with it? We are a retailer with sales through 100+ physical locations globally (USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and expansion into Europe in 2015), mobile app and e-commerce. We also integrate a media presence and are a big data company. We are really a small company with a massive headcount of 2 including myself (both of us are founders). 95% of our work is outsourced. We will need two licenses one for the USA and one for Australia. I would like the following: Supply Chain/Inventory control = Brands > Warehouse > Replenishment > Store > Returns > Warehouse Accounting = A.P., A.R., Cashflow, payroll, global tax recording etc. Import Settlement files daily (data dump that is coded) Import excel files daily (not XML) We will be using Sales Force for our CRM, integration into our ERP is not needed. I know just about every ERP software offers what I'm looking for. We do not need a super fancy ERP either, as my needs really don't expand much past what I listed above. THANKS for the recommendation! Ill check them out

ExactMax, Microsoft NAV? ExactMax looks promising, and Microsoft NAV I looked into and not a big fan.

looney Report post Posted July 14, 2014 SAP is a good tool if you have the appropriate modules. However it can get very expensive if you dont plan what you need properly. the coucil/city here recently spent in the order of $100m and its still apparently not all finished.
