  1. Is there a reason all you posted in both shanks threads was haha? http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?...mp;#entry651177
  2. Maybe 20 as the crow flies, but it's a good 50 mile drive. I wouldn't call it backwoods, but over the hill to elsinore is a totally different world. Santa Ana and garbage grove are right around the corner and are 180 degrees from what any of us call normal. I found the whole thing honestly hilarious.

    Insurance

Have you looked into grundy or hagerty? They do custom/collector car stuff specifically and will do agreed value policies. Insure the thing for two bills and if anything happens you're golden.
  4. Spielberg couldn't make up shit like this. http://209.157.64.201/focus/chat/2358080/posts http://blogs.pe.com/news/digest/2009/10/ju...d-one-hurt.html fyi, lake elsinore is right behind bakersfield as the official taint of CA.
  5. Don't you have to actually drive the car for that to be a factor?
  6. Funny, I take it you've never been to either place. They couldn't be more polar opposites if you tried.
  7. Ah fcuk, I was thinking CA for some reason. Poor guy, it's going to cost him the $2m just to litigate the divorce. Btw I read that he isn't technically employed by CBS... they have a contract with a company he owns who pays his salary. So he's somewhat padded from that aspect as he's technically not a CBS employee.
  8. If they haven't even been married a year, how the hell is anyone going to argue shes entitled to anything? "common law" isn't valid in CA so even if they have been living together it won't matter.
  9. And there it is... he sees his G isn't the top dog anymore so it's time to let it go.
  10. I don't get it... you say you're bored with the GTT because you can't drive it... what's wrong with the hills in malibu, and surrounding LA areas? You live in LA, you won't be able to drive anything over 35mph unless you get out of the city. A different car won't change that. If you want to go fast, hit the OC toll roads and back country highways, but you'll have to do that anyway no matter the car. If you just want to pimp around town then buy a phantom... but any cunt accountant has a 997TT, hell I see 20 of them everyday, what's so special about that? You think anyone will give a fcuk if it does go 0-30 in 1 second? It's comfortable and easy to drive, but it's also a boring cookie cutter cunt mobile with no soul. At least the SLR had some balls and spirit to back it up. Seems like you're slowly creaping down the ladder and next thing we know, in a couple rungs you'll be asking for a Plastic mess-06.
  11. I'm pretty sure i've seen a family of 7 hispanics in a regular cap F150 with those exact wheels on it.
  12. lol, that's the top of the power food chain in the boat world next to running a turbine. At that point you're 6 figures into each motor (x2) and they need a going through every 100 hours of run time. You can get up into the 1100hp range on pump. Boat motors are a whole different animal compared to cars. Where a car needs to live for a few seconds at a time, these motors hold those HP numbers for an indefinite length of time, and are near 600ci V8's. Big power boats make even super exotics look down right affordable. $1m boat $250k truck and trailer to move it. $3k to fuel it roach a prop? $18k #6 drive goes out? $45k
  13. I'm surprised they let you do that. Most places in CA won't let you pump it into the car, it has to go into a can.
