Smash Boy Report post Posted September 5, 2017 I wonder how he got the crate LaF engine? Ian, there's a drift Scion FRS with a 458 engine floating on the interwebs.....where there's a will there's a way. Many of us will probably never own a LaF or P1 in this lifetime, but the crate engine in an Ultima GTR is not a terrible place to be. APB Report post Posted September 10, 2017 There were three ThethetheFerrari prototypes. 1st, Appears to be a red 458 underneath, was (and maybe is) displayed at their museum: 2nd, "The Engine bed" prototype, Grey/Blue (?) 458: 3rd, Closest to ThethetheFerrari we know, black, later with a white stripe on top. Also rebuilt and used as an FXXK prototype later: They seem to have rebuilt or finished the 2nd prototype which was for testing the engine. From that picture above of the V12 458, it looks to be the closest to the 2nd prototype (which was a 458 that housed the V12 only), even the color looks simillar.
