  1. Thanks, I will try harder to get it to work. Or try the Fab speed.
  2. My exhaust tips keep sagging because the stock clamp is not a good fit for stock tips to the Larini pipes. I image Quick Silver is the same. What is a good replacement clamp?
  3. I remember "5car" (member) did it and documented it pretty well.
  4. 2WD is ALWAYS without exception funner and better than AWD. Looks are personal taste, but the SV is way better looking IMO. Along with the SE30, more aggressive, and best looking of the Diablo models.
  5. Great! Now I will have to think about this and keep door openings to a minimum, just like restarts, clutch depressions, raising the front end, and adjusting the suspension. Oh yeah I already stopped those two all together.
  6. Wow with all that corrosion, I'm surprised you are asking. I would rip all those wires out, plus replace the cap and rotor at the very least!
  7. The fuel line that connects to the fuel rail. It's against the firewall, that's where you disconnect.
  8. Good to know it's tough even for dealers. It took me forever to find the right fittings, and I'm still not satisfied with it. Major oversight in not providing them when built. And even on a 6.0?
  9. I love it when instructions are posted on how to do it.
  10. I'd say it looks real good. Hopefully it will stay that way.
  11. It might have something to do with VVT motors having them, and non-VVT not.
  12. Yeah Shamile, it's easy to keep them looking new when you don't have them! LOL.
  13. I wouldn't have any faith in any kind of polish. It might look good for a minute, but won't stay that way. Aside from replacing, Painting is the way to go IMO, Krylon Fusion has a Hunter Green that looks pretty close. I don't think heat would be a problem, but to test, spray the inside, install, and check it after a month or so.
  14. Oh I wish it was a simple solder joint, and maybe it is, but he replaced the whole thing. He said there are three computers used in MY 97-98. $3K, $5, and $7.5 K. First one he got was the cheaper one, but found I needed the $5K unit, and I guess it threw off the other side which is the CEL side. He said he could install a switch under the dash to turn it on and off, but I'm not crazy about that, even though I know that light is going to drive me crazy. I am going to open that defective computer up and post pictures when I get it back. Hope yours doesn't lead to this.
  15. I wish I could help, all I can think about is that freakin computer if you haven't found it by now. George got my car running, but it has a perpetual CEL and is not showing a code. I guess it's black tape time.
  16. Wow with all this talk about appreciation, all I see is falling prices. I don't see any model close to what they were around 2004-06
  17. Lazy fuel pump? Partially blocked fuel filters? Which poses another question, do the injectors work if there is low fuel pressure?
  18. OBDII won't work on a 91. Go to Lamboweb.com under the repairs section. There's instruction there on older models.
  19. Bosch 13032. Hopefully, that's your only problem.
  20. No, I take it it's just not very durable.
  21. Well if not, at least you know what to do when it does.
