  1. Thanks so much for this. I'll pass this info onto Wil. You got to love this forum
  2. I doubt that it's the fob. I have 2 and tried both. One is an original and the other I had Lambo Italy make about 4 years ago. Neither work. I suspect that the fault is in the security system/box itself. There's always a first time but I've never heard of a security receiving? unit going. If that needs to be replaced I suspect that neither of the fobs will be good and I'll need 2 new fobs as well.
  3. Nope. Battery is just over 1 year old and the engine cranks fine.
  4. Mods please don’t move this. I posted it here just in case someone else had a similar problem with a different make/model Lambo. Today was the first time in 6 years that it simply would not start Long story short. It’ll crank but not start. You need to put the key in, turn it 2 positions then press the security fob and then you can start the car. When you do that (press the fob) you’ll hear a click from under the dash that lets you know that the security system has been disarmed/disengaged. Now when I press the fob no click from under the dash. The battery in the fob is OK because it will still lock and un-lock the doors. Any ideas? I’m having Wil pick it up this weekend.
  5. It was on tonights news. Fcuking moron was thrown from the wreck. He's in the hospital and expected to fully recover. When he's fully recovered he deserves a good beating and several more weeks in the hospital
  6. I got an extra for my 6.0 a few years back. At the time the factory asked for a copy of my title before I could get one. At that time with another key was $750. That's it.
  7. I have had 2 dealings with Roy and both times he went above and beyond what I would expect.
  8. How sad Only 84 more posts to match my membership number and then one more thing off my bucket list
  9. I'm know all about it, half shafts, drive shaft, prop shaft, that's why I'm trying to find out what "shaft". I'll give him (Brian) a call tomorrow AM.
  10. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...3AIT#vi-content I know this should be in the Diablo section but I'm hoping that other people out there might have some info on it. A-faz? Surely you must know something? Broken drive shaft? I know how tuff a 6.0 can be. How hard do you have to beet on it to break a drive shaft. I've sent them a message through eBay to ask if it's the drive shaft for the front or rear wheels (no answer yet). OK with these miles and these problems for a beater or a cheep entry into a 6.0 - realistically - what should someone pay?
  11. What a pile of S_ _ T! Is there music in there somewhere? I think whoever did the mix has the tracks out of sync

  13. Yes legal (not custom) it's just the NEW NY state plate. No more white and blue.
  14. No the seal is not on my 6.0 but it is on my 300ZX. If you bought these direct from Lambo they were just being a bit sloppy. The 6.0's headlights are in fact 300 head lights. If you pull the carbon fiber strip off the top of the glass (on the 6.0) it will say Nissan under it. The rubber seal comes with the light if you purchase them from Nissan as Lambo does. Someone at Lambo just forgot to remove it when they passed/sold them on to you. I need to take the 6.0 out tomorrow (weather permitting) if I remember and get the chance I'll take a photo of them (the headlights) together and post it.
  15. Simple and common problem - WHEN - it happens. Either clutch rod broke, master or slave cylender went. If your a DIY person you can fix it for something less than a couple 100 bucks.
