  1. any way to eliminate the problem?
  2. I wouldn't be surprised to see 9.5 seconds at 153+ mph on the dragstrip. car is a rocket
  3. it has been shown before that the softer modes have more weight transfer, resulting in better times (Fiske can chime in here). also, downforce and drag are at their highest in race mode. considering they are doing 150 mph at the quarter, drag is a big deal. in fact, you want to stow the wing away
  4. http://www.motortrend.com/roadtests/exotic...ion_car_record/ first run, in race mode. will be even quicker and faster in track mode or sport 4.8 seconds from 60-130 mph is fast as hell for a stock car
  5. duhawks got taken by the ets gtr. not much grip out there, so he was on his 1600 whp setting. ugr did have quite a few troubles getting into fifth. that's how liquid assets lost
  6. That's not a photoshop That's the new Mantis Green 650S.
  7. At TX, you can bet that Mike isn't going to lift until 225
  8. According to who, Mike? No one is going to lift at the Superbowl of street racing
  9. real street performance is awesome
  10. Could you mount a seat in reverse? So that he can get a proper view?
  11. I watched it many times. GT-R took a huge hit. And 57-175 in 6.5 seconds is pretty dang slow. That won't hang around in Tx. How is it even possible for them to have both been on the throttle at the same time when Mullet couldn't even hear the honks over the anti lag? Come on, think a little. What you call Mullet going is actually him beginning to brake boost.
  12. Loooool VegasGTR is running for the hills. That was embarrassing how hard he was getting reeled after that huge hit.
  13. So a GT-R took a huge hit. This result could have been from any car.
  14. 500 lbft torque isn't a small change. neither is the transmission and dynamics programming and the suspension redesign.
  15. Once you get the tire figured out, I can see 3R in under a month
  16. He means jumped out one car ahead. Not that Mullet got the hit on the first run. Mullet on import would be quite a difference
  17. In the back of my mind, I was thinking about your suspension settings. I can't imagine what UGR cars you consider being faster. What, a Stage 3R? LOL
  18. mother of God. this is an incredible car. when it's warmer and hooking on full kill, both 60-130 and 100-150 records will fall even further. looking forward to seeing 2.3 second 60-130 and 1.9 second 100-150
  19. It's the actual dynamic moment about the center of gravity that assists with the weight transfer. Using the front lift is actually detrimental to this as it reduces the "potential" for moment The truly best thing would be to launch in a softer mode and then switch to stiffer midway through the run. I guess you need adaptive damping for that
  20. More like another 250 whp. At least. When the temp gets warmer, I think a full kill 60-150 mph run is in order... I can't imagine how hard this beast rolls out. Sub 2 100-150 mph in the future? Lol
  21. Really depends. You want some weight transfer, but as you increase speeds, aerodynamics also come into play. A positive pitch will result in lift, reducing the amount of power you put down as speeds increase.
  22. absolutely yes. it will run low 10s on the strip. the added torque is no joke
  23. Dumbest idea ever to have them try to do laps in the wet. Then how do you know where they stack up against the Huayra and Veyron and everything else on the list? The vast majority of cars on the power lap board are done in the dry. If you look at every lap time that is recorded on every major track in the world, everyone will try to have it in the dry. Porsche would have been stupid to want to drive in the wet, given that the ThethetheFerrari would then do its lap in the dry.
