No direct comparison to LP640 of course, because he does not drive Lp640. Cannot say about straight line performance but a friend of my friend(from Germany) bought a 599 GTB fiarano and told that its handling is crap. Crappier than he is expected. We have talked this topic only week ago.

I do not know but i like F430 design.(much better than coupe). G spider is good also but imo Gallardo is better in coupe chassis especially SE version

Ok let me say opinnions. I do have an M5 similar driving as M6 , also my ex car was 996 C4S. I can honestly say CARRERA 4S tiptronic is much daily used car than M6. It is because of Porsche has auto tranny and BMW SMG. But if you go with Porsche manual , then think about it getting a M6. M6 is faster car than C4S , however C4S has much better looks than M6. M6 is much comfortable than Carrera 4S also... Also check the Porsche dealer because i do have seen some 997 facelift Carrera photos on the web , which the change is the LED rear lights, Turbo front bumper. Good luck with the purchase

Get rid of Bridgestone Potenza RE series , a real noisy tire espceially at high speeds. I had Michelin Pilot sport series on my Audi A4 2.0TFSI Q , changed it to bridgestone RE050. I think i made a mistake. Bridgestone RE050 is the worst tyre i ve had driven. Unnecessarily hard and noisy. Grip is not better than Michelins. On my Gallardo there were Michelin PS2 but changed to PZero Rosso series and i feel PZEro are slightly better than PS2. Dont put any Bridgestones on Gallardo. Get PZEro Rosso or PliotSport2.

However what i think is, it would have a gain +80/+100hp/a ratio of 80-100nm and a bigger engine, much weight ?? This car has already 1630kg on this test

Yeah you are right theoratically, but R8 has +65hp/+30nm/+500cc more than Carrera 4S . And they are in same weight. And have similar performance. And 997 TT has +125hp and +230nm more than Carrera 4S on same weight

Alex, Gallardo, F430, 997TT , ZO6 are good rivals where each of one has minuses and pluses

I can say from now on, R10 would not be a Gallardo or F430 competitor. Audi built good car for their first attempt , a serious Carrera S/4S competitor, however Porsche has the advantage of price and the brand name

Yeah those A6 class is really heavy. My friend had 3.0TDI Q which weight is more than 1900 kg. Heavier than my M5. But there is a huge difference between A4 vs A6 class. A6 is much bigger car than Mercedes E and BMW 5

RS4---> 1650kg R8---->1560kg these are factory claims which will be change after some options. A Stronic gearbox R8 might be close to Rs4 weight
