Hasn't been manufactured yet. I have a small sample here somewhere I can try take a photo of if you like, but it would be too small to give you a proper idea, and you've obviously already seen it in the flesh. No experience in a wet area, but I can't see why it would be an issue ( i'm assuming for walls rather than the floor ). The finish itself is pretty bulletproof ( it's sealed ), the big concern would be cleaning it as harsh cleaners would ruin the surface. The application i'm using it in will see spillages and daily cleaning.

The "modifications" were purposely done to be removed without any damage, and quickly. All have been returned to "normal" afaik. The point is, some are fully road legal ( they carry Ameritech vins on the sills ), but I see your point.

Some are most certainly street legal. The Ameritech cars are not mileage limited in any way.

Do you ( or any of the other Aussies on here ) know the story of him at his favorite restaurant in Sydney? Something to do with smoking? It must have been in a book, but I can't remember the nuances of it anymore.

What makes it even more ridiculous is the previous owner was a professional racing driver, and the deceased were into cars in a big way, obviously. So for the case of a couple of grand, why on earth weren't they the first thing changed.
