Wow definatly replace wires. Try to salvge cap if you can. They are no longer available. You are correct aluminum terminals. I have scrambled a jag rotor. Jag cap also needs the small holes drilled in side for vent. They are junk , but they work for a short while.

From the sounds of it, your doing a great job without it. I have one , with english translation , almost have to read it backwards to make it understandable. It is vague at best. Example. Clutch replacement instructions are written someting like this. 1) remove engine and transmision as one unit. 2) Inspect and replace worn clutch components 3) Install engine and transmision The manual does have torque and clearance values. Got mine from Italian Car Parts

To clear codes. Cold engine. Disconnect battey ( at battery ) for a minimum of 1 hour. Reconnect , no throttle, start engine, idle engine. Do not throttle at all for 2 cooling fan cycles. This is the engine learning phase. No codes yahoo ! Codes, your problem is still there. Good Luck

Just reafirms her that what she is doing is working, and will do it again, and again, and again. What has worked best for me is. Ignore the silent treatment. Act like it dosent't bother you at all. Only sends power to front when front, rear speeds are different. ( rear wheel spin ) then heats up viscous couple and grabs. Sending power to front. With disconnect no speed difference.
