This video was on CNN, that's in Tokyo, and is an area of reclaimed land. It used to be part of Tokyo bay. Reclaimed land is like Jello in an earthquake, that's why you're getting that much movement and also the liquefaction. BTW- Reactor #4 at the Nuclear plant is now on fire, so that's all four of them now!

Yes, live on CNN... First one in Sendai, now sweeping across farmland taking out everything in it's path... I've never seen anything like this before!!!
