  1. repost http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=49939
  2. Thats all you can do, congrats! Chilled Patron please. Salud!
  3. Who I am to second guess an artist, took a second look I can see what you are doing, nice work.
  4. Called up the apple store, waited on hold for 15 mins, made a genius bar appt, drove an hour to store, got a new phone..... all of that because of a failed firmware update, the guy beside me at the bar was returning his new iphone 4, imo apple is overated. On the plus side, they gave me a new headset for free, had to ask twice though.....
  5. Great location, but too much background white, the Scud gets lost/washed out in the wide angle pics, maybe photohop the background white to off white, grey so as to make the car pop a little more?
  6. My Iphone 3g bricked two days ago, after a firmware update... got the unknown error 1611 message, now have to take it to the apple store, if they fix it, all my data just went f'ing poof.
  7. VI is a tricky color to shoot, awesome job!
  8. The pita is the cabling, which has also changed a lot, I have run s video, component, computer cables, cat 5, hdmi all over the house trying to keep up.... Another nice thing about a projector is you can hook up you computer to it, watch movies and game on a large screen.
  9. Don't forget about the 10,000 hour amp, and all the other components, I would be a happy guy if I never had to call my home theater tech, or shop around and replace shit, change formats etc etc etc AGAIN! I am probably one of three people in the world that own a high definition VCR
  10. I have had this set up for almost 10 years, on my second projector, a panny with 2000 lumens output, as you can see it performs adequately in ambient light(pics were taken with my pos iphone). Changing lightbulbs is not a big deal unless you are tv junkie, think I have changed 3 times. I like the projector and electric drop down screeen because they don't take over the room when not in use.
  11. Yep, I have listened to around 500 miles of your driving music, you and Hef should take the next xcountry trip together. Night vision goggles are on me.
  12. Bummer, can't believe you put that out with a garden hose, you are a brave man. Good luck with the insurance co, hoping they total it for you.
  13. Good post Fortis, except for one fallacy crimminals don't ever have more rights than the innocent, we all share the same rights equally, those rights were hard won to protect us from abuse of state power. IMO a cop does an excellent job when he uses the minimum amount of force necessary to make the arrest, its easy to whip out a taser or gun at the slightest provocation, much harder, but also better to use your wits, teamwork, experience, patience etc. Also a little respect to those being policed goes a long way, a lot of people, particularly minorities hate cops because they haven't been treated with much. Imagine being a minority, watching that vid, it must put some fear and hate into you, a very bad combination of emotion that can lead to more violence.
  14. I think a good cop would think/say, shit Im glad that idiot is off the force because he killed the dude in cold blood or he just plain incompetent, either way, we don't need his kind because he makes our job harder, for example poisoning community relations, causing riots, etc. Every cop gets trained on civil rights and knows what the consequences are if they violate them, ie a possible jail term. Cops, law abiding citizens, criminals; we all have the same rights, you wanna make a cops job easier, means you lose your rights, and the cops and the state gain rights to fcuk criminals, YOU and everyone else over with impunity..... no thanks. Seems like justice is served, this cop is going to jail, and the victims family will recieve a multi million dollar settlment.
  15. You and me both, so w/o a doubt you are also a true patriot, so thanks in advance for a stfu on the semantics for the rest of this thread!
  16. Good lordy Wiggs, take a time out, or a dip in your new pool, puleeze! The OP gave your country a fcuking compliment, the proper thing to do is graciously accept it, and send the Brit one back
  17. Congrats Tony, car looks hot, enjoy your TT spyder, be safe too!
  18. Wiggs your house looks like its gonna need some full time staff, a manservant, maid, yard/pool guy(for wifey) and basket ball scrubber should be enough to keep everyone happy.
  19. Typically you don't think about replacing a clutch, its something you have do when it starts to slip. If thats the case with your car, stick with the OEM sintered clutch, there is no finer.
  20. grats on the new house, AND second mortgage Mike. Back to the OT, I came across this article and immediately thought about you...... sucker! Whether it is their residence, a second home or a house bought as an investment, the rich have stopped paying the mortgage at a rate that greatly exceeds the rest of the population. the CoreLogic data suggest that many of the well-to-do are purposely dumping their financially draining properties, just as they would any sour investment. “The rich are different: they are more ruthless,” http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/38158763/ns/business-real_estate
  21. Whats left, Antarctica?!, keep trolling!
  22. Ok, the no music, no sound, no video version sucks way worse.
  23. Very nice, Congrats Wiggs. Thanks for sharing, you should also post a few flyers at the college sororities, get your crib up on facebook, and have some of your fellow students over for a housewarming pool party. Don't worry about a thing, Mako will load up the Prius, bring over bibles and tequila.
  24. Going that slow in a 65 is just as dangerous as speeding, sounds like you were shit housed, if that was the case, getting pulled over/duied was a lucky break for you.
  25. Great looking/performing car, awesome track, super cool video, next time just let me pick the background music, or skip it entirely!
