Whart, do you think you could take it to a dealer and have get some kind of document stating that the cars Cat sensor and H2O sensor are in perfect working order ? Take that document, that would be dated, and use that to show that their new system doesn't work with lamborghinis system and that they are working fine ? Just a thought , and might be enough to get you through if you show them their system is not set up for lambo's ?

I would think you put a deposit down on a new LP640 and they fucked you on it or sold your position and wont refund your money. If thats the case , or anywhere close, i am heading to Wal Mart to get some shiny cardboard signs and magic markers . Just let me know what day we are marching. Changing the oil cost the same ! I couldn't sleep last night and I watched a piece on speed vision about the history of the GT40. What an amazing machine! I loved the red Mark 4 car that was in the Ford Museum and the gulf racing colored cars. They also mentioned that the car was banned after 4 consecutive victories at Le Man's but they never said why? Anyone know the scoop behind that? How could a sanction ban a car that had been racing for 4 or 5 years ?

How much were the custer rods ? Allan with all of the miles in your SV did you ever replace yours or is this just a freak deal ? I may need to get one myself.

Its nothing new . My 6.0 reads fast and my 84 Countach was the same way.

I love them ! I look through their web site often and i still think they wondeful looking watches. The Ferrari sh*t is just plain silly though. If socks, shirts, and ties were not enough :roll:

I had a tubi , which had a very nice sound. I have heard them all from Kriessieg to Larini and I went with MS Racing in the end. Pricey , but you get what you pay for. Dynoed proven power gains, the absolute lightest system money can buy, and quality that is unmatched !

Looks like a lot of guys in that pic waiting in the parking lot. For a $1000 exclusive I would think it to be about 5 to 1 girls to guy's Especially for a party at the mansion. From the pics I have seen it looks like the Rockstar party had a lot more women. With that small complaint out of the way, it did look like it was a blast and looked like there were some quality babes there. I like the body art !

Vinnie my 96 GTS has been a blast but watch out for those side seals they will burn the sh*t out of you. I haven't had any problems whatsoever to date. Its amazing how quite they are, it really disguises the power they have. Buying a nice used one seems to be a nice fun investment. They hold their value pretty good so when its time to move on you dont take a big hit.

Vinne , what color interior does your car have? I still have my mats and with no countach they are not doing me any good. I sold my car a few years ago. You can see the color of my mats in the pics above. Drop me a PM if your interested in them and if you think they will match your interior. Jeff

Zack , if you have residue left on it you can get a product call "goo gone" at your local Wal-Mart, Grocery store, ETC. and it will take it right off. It is yellow and comes in a small clear plastic bottle. It wont hurt your finish in any way but it will save you a hell of a lot of "elbow grease." Even with the heat gun you will have some gummy left over from the decal. When you get it off go over it with the goo gone then have it low speed orbital buffed. After that you can do the rest by hand with wax's and polish. I have never taken SV stickers decals off but I have taken enough off of other cars and have done my share of paint work on Exotics as well. We actually use a PPG product that is in light reducer form that is safe to paint over but you need to know how to use it. The goo gone will work in the same way and you wont need any special instructions. Just put it on a soft rag and go! I have never replaced the head gaskets on a lambo but I have done my share of engine work. On many gasket repairs I have seen them use a little to stick the gasket or just put enough where it wouldn't move. Usually just a little on the finger then wiping it real thin but not enough that you would even see it much less enough that it would actually squeeze out. Good luck with your problem and I would hope any reputable shop would stand behind their work longer than two weeks. If they don't please inform us.
