Beautiful car Tony...

The picture between black and red is a slight optical illusion due to the angle of the lens when the shot was taken..the black car seems much lower due to the amount of air grill visible over the red one...in fact I would imagine the actual difference is only a few mm.

Thank you.

If you have never seen one in person or side by side... there is a 2 inch difference.

These two pictures although not exact, are about exactly how the difference looks in person.

I owned both and have done the measurements.

just driven the S1 and Alex's DD:

boy WHAT A DIFFERENCE

the DD feel SOLID, and powerfull

the S1 light and nimble

you can feel the difference in conduct: steering , different engine and power delivery, the controls (clutch on the DD is much heavier )

the low end torque in DD is AMAZING, just floor it at 2-3k and it GOES (pulls like a train), the 400S you need to rev it : nothing till 4.500 and then it seems the more rev the better

the S1 interior is spartan compared to the QV (and nobody could really say the QV is a confortable luxury car)

i can't choose one:sure it would be great to have both ;)

Many personalities to this car.....

according to Roy periscopa makes also a very different driving experience from an S1

so Ralf is right: there is no such thing as the tipical CT!
