Sell it, regroup, and buy it back in a couple years for less money as nothing is going to be holding value over the next 24 months, let alone appreciating as gear-heads often assume of small production run cars. Not even a bastardized McLaren/Mercedes limited edition. Regroup, reload, rebuild, come back with a vengeance. Best of luck. johnw(to) Report post Posted October 24, 2008 thanks guys. i change my mind everyday but with the canadian dollar at .78cents to the american dollar i can make some nice money on the deal. we've dropped nearly 20% this year- most of it being in the last few months. i wouldnt sell it to a canadian buyer with canadian $$. mako is right- i have a very small window to make a profit on a $500,000 car. doesnt happen very often and i dont think the dollar is going to stay down for too long.
