It is true. Larry has dealt with more bullshit then I would care to talk about and this trip would not be possible without everything hes done. I know you know im grateful but I just wanted to let everyone else know. See you friday brotha!

I'm staying at the WYNN. $109 per night...promo offer. Sunday & Monday.

Maybe we should all have done promo offers instead of the group thing? We would have all been spread out everywhere but it would have saved a few more bucks and alot of time. This was a learning experience to say the least and with all that I have learned I think the group route was alot of headaches for what it is. I have jumped out to Vegas on a few hours notice many times and never had any problems, with this thing it was planned 3 months out and every week it was 4-6 hours of phone tag for one issue or another or it was we need a $10k deposit for this or a $3k attrition for that blah blah blah. Then the casino battles the hotel over miniscule issues and no one knows there ass from a hole in the ground and tons of constant miscommunications. This morning I was told that my host was no longer at Palazzo so I had to be assigned a new one, after 15 minutes and 4 phone transfers they found out he was working till 1 am tonight and just has'nt shown up yet. The first 3 people could'nt find him on the schedule and the 3rd had no problem re-entering all my info under her code so she would be my new host

 

 

I think next time we should just decide on a hotel and everyone find the best deal possible and let the board know so everyone can book their own reservations. Our rate is $100/night cheaper than standard rates but we are staying on peak nights on a holiday weekend, the $109/night that Wayne has is incredible considering its labor day.

 

Its 5:30 now and I am off to work so I can't leave at 2:30 this afternoon like I planned so I will reschedule my flight till tomorrow afternoon. Yesterday was my Friday but had a situation come up 2 days ago that is forcing me to work today and tomorrow.

 

 

Should they give you all any more hassle you should all write a letter to the general manager saying you were planning on playing 100,000 markers on no limit Hold em, but since they were nickel and diming your friend that you decided to play at the wynn where they take care of their players.

 

 

Not no limit, Blackjack. The casino makes tons more profit from blackjack over poker, thats why a lower limit blackjack player will get more comps that a poker player.

Good work though Larry. Everyone should buy Larry a drink or 5.

FYI those in Vegas, I have the best man speech ready and raring to go for tomorrow. Because whilst you are sunning yourself by the pool, ogling at fit, tight lithe little things wrapped up in bonsai bikinis you will be all caring about my jocular speech and my pitch perfect delivery.

I will be all trussed up in top hat and pissy waistcoat, sheltering from the wind and rain, glaring at the pale and hideous hippo-pig-moose bridesmaids whilst the bride glares back at me hoping, nay praying to which ever deity answers her calls that I do not make any comments about her family (in particular the dwarf section of her family) and/or "his" past in my speech...

Holy shit my stomach hurts lol. The guys that came were awesome to hangout with..the party at bens started slow and then about 1:30-2:00 an the girls kept rolling in. I ve got lots of pictures when I get home. If any of you guys are back post up your pics! Thanks everyone!!! Had a blast

it was pretty dark at Ben's haha, so I didn't really take pics. I'm sure Rob has some good ones! I second that. Every person I met was awesome. First trip to Vegas for me. Definitely looking foward to coming back but i'll need to be a little more rested before coming next time.
