Caelum_Blue Report post Posted January 16, 2010 Unlike the US, the letters and spacing have to be a certain way, and a certain size in a particular font. It is possible for an over zealous cop to penalize you for each offence rather than just one of incorrectly displaying it. The fine for each offence is £60 ($90), and if you keep getting reported to the DVLA (DMV), they can take the plate away, even if you paid for it.
