rtrredbull Report post Posted June 17, 2013 When I'm driving steadily at slowish speeds - say 30-40 mph - the car will occasionally start to "buck". By buck I mean the same sort of lurching you'd get if you released the clutch with not enough gas back when you were first learning to drive a stick. The problem goes away if I give it some gas. The problem does not happen under regular or hard acceleration....but you can only accelerate for so long.... Not sure if this is is an ignition issue or a drivetrain issue. Everything else seems to be fine and there's no power deficiency. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

rtrredbull Report post Posted June 17, 2013 Thanks guys. I feel better knowing this is standard behaviour. I'll just have to press that right peddle a little harder
rtrredbull Report post Posted June 17, 2013 What are the rpms doing during the bucking ? Good question. I believe they fluctuate with the bucking but I don't recall for sure. I will pay more attention next time I'm out. From the other posts, the behaviour seems to be expected...the car is just irritated with me for not going faster.
