Allan-Herbie Report post Posted October 3, 2015 On the same day that Santa dropped month #7 off of my 1:8 scale Countach build...
Allan-Herbie Report post Posted October 3, 2015 He came back and dropped off the entire kit from Japan.. Parts #1 thru 80! The Japanese version is a little more detailed. The instructions have more pics and info on Lambo, the parts come in nice boxes, you get a stand, pictures, stickers etc.. Downside is instructions are in Japanese. So now I will have 2 of these! Allan-Herbie Report post Posted October 4, 2015 Badass! Can't wait to see it in blue! Is Single Seat going to play a pivotal role in this? Haven't spoken to him about it yet, as I will build the first one myself, and then I will try to buy all the remaining pieces from my monthly kit. Lambo91 Report post Posted October 5, 2015 Holy crap.. I am slightly confused..you said you had to wait close to 1-2years for all the parts to arrive before you can start building the countach..So what I am seeing here is that you somehow manage to get ALL the parts you need to start building? If so..thats ALOT of boxes to build a kit.. damn! Can't wait to see the the coming together..

Allan-Herbie Report post Posted October 5, 2015 Check this out. This kit does all that and more.. If Im not mistaken, you can put a key in, and it starts the car, press the accelerator and it revs... lights work, horn etc.. Im about to start on building some more as we speak. I think this is more difficult... Here is how many boxes I have apart to pull different parts from just while working on the motor... And all instructions are in Japanese . Allan-Herbie Report post Posted October 9, 2015 Size comparison.. The motor from the 1:8 scale model is bigger, and heavier than a quality 1:18 scale Countach model.. The motor is over 1/2 the size of the 1:12 scale red Countach, and sits higher than the entire model.
