These listings are supposed to be private sellers and I believe most are but obviously there are ways around it. You can also go to pcna site and search all U.S dealers for pre-owned cars. It's pretty handy if you don't mind considering dealer inventory. You choose "pre-owned", then "pre-owned car locator" and then simply choose your filters. It will give you every car in North America located in authorized dealer inventory. This is how I found my Cayman R. I was looking to get my wife one as her track car at the end of last year and just couldn't stomach paying over MSRP on a used car that I wanted to track. Ended up getting allocation for one of the last Cayman GTS's with F6 engine for her instead. On my dealers list for next gen GT3 to replace my GTR for track car.
