Lamborghini doesn't have a race history..they were designed for the ultimate street car. They didn't have any intentions of being a "racing" company like Ferrari. Most recently Lamborghini had 2 Murcies in the ALMS, but due to "lack of factory support" they pulled the plug on the programs. Atleast from the teams statements.

Old news..they've already been testing it at "the ring" in Road and Track some time ago They even had some spy shots
