I thought that sport mode only changed the shift speed above a certain rpm (4 or 5000) and had no bearing on the initial take up from a standing start or when driving relativley normally? I do release the gas a bit when changing gear under normal conditions mainly to reduce the trauma to my neck. Russell

Limit use of reverse gear especially up a hill Try not to slip the clutch, give the throttle a good poke from stand still and don't use full throttle until you feel clutch fully engage. Russell

I seem to remember reading a post where the watch spring in the steering wheel can become faulty and make the air bag light come on? Also at this milage assume either now or not very distant future a new clutch will be needed, I know some will sat the cluch can last longer but best to be fore warned as it is quite expensive to replace. Won't apply in a Lambo but if you drive cross country in a Ferrari you would have to stop before the end so you can have the oil changed or when you come to sell it some anal prick will tell you you went over the limit of the oil. You have to get rid of them in the correct way. As said before document everything and make sure you have proof. Do not do it alone and talk to an HR attorney. Having someone around that you do not trust is not a good thing in business and will probably lead to further problems down the road. You should try to recoup the money but assume it is gone and don't spend much time on it. Also as said prior, close the loop hole that alowed this to happen and go on with your life. Russell

My engine smoked once when my E Gear fluid burped a bit on my manifold. This happend at a hill climb event and I had just parked and walked away and over the PA a voice said "would the owner of the yellow Lamborghini please return to the car as smoke is comming from the engine" When I got back about 50 people were standing next to it expecting to see a bonfire. I have also had the oil on the manifold thing when trying to top the oil up. Stupid place for the filler on the new lp. Anyway hope your situation turns out OK and is not major. Russell
