  1. That color with a set of split 5 spokes and red calipers looks classy. I want to say its silver, though perhaps its Balloon White manipulated with HDR. Can't say I like the body kit as I'm far more partial to the RSC 560 front and skirts.
  2. My sincerest condolences for your family's loss. Please, stay proactive in the care of your own health.
  3. No need to apologize. Many, if not most, are still under the same impression. It is probably good news for those who have the card, as it might stabilize what may have become a diluted service line.
  4. It seems AMEX has gone back to an "invitation only" process for issuing the Centurion card. I had been given the same exact information you have offered some time ago by an AMEX representative. However, after recently deciding to go for the upgrade, and having exceeded the aforementioned limit by a healthy margin, I was told by a Centurion rep that my account had not been flagged for invitation. They have also returned to secrecy about what qualifies one for invitation. They would not divulge if they have changed the qualifications, or even speak to the process, except to say that they will make a note in the account as to an expressed interest. After searching on the issue, it would seem that they changed their policy back in October of last year.
  5. IDK, need to see more of the two immediately flanking the one circled. And someone needs to tip the cow in the white bikini to reveal the the girl hidden by her right side.

    Foreclosures?

So your friend purchased said properties primarily as an investment, during a grossly factitious run up in value, and now wishes to stick the bank with the loss. I'm sure, had the prices gone up another 20%, he would have sold the properties and offered the excess money back to the bank.
  7. I'm often back and forth on the Grigio Telesto. I definitely like the darker metallic grays, such as Grigio Proteus and Grigio Avalon, but I teeter back and forth on the battleship grey like Grigio Telesto. I have never seen one in person, however. Nice car, nice price, regardless.
  8. In The Zone also carries VP100 at their Union Hills/Cave Creek location: UNION HILLS & CAVE CREEK 2340 E. UNION HILLS DRIVE PHOENIX, AZ 85024 (602) 485-5100
  9. Pavillions 76, I believe carries 101 and 110(L). Valero/In the Zone at 44th & Chandler, has unleaded race gas at the pump. I want to say 101. Some of their other locations (but not all), also carry race gas, so I've heard. Love's, Maricopa Rd. (east side of I-10 - across from Firebird Raceway) carries 101 and 110(L).
  10. I think white looks the best of those three.
  11. Off the cuff, I'd say it sounds like vertigo, but unfortunately, there are lots of possibilities. How long ago did it start? Was it acute in onset (one day you were find, the next you were symptomatic)? Do you feel momentarily off balance (like you are drunk)? Does it happen only when you stand, or do you also feel it when you turn your head, or turn sharply while walking? Any recent minor head trauma? Any headaches? Any visual changes? Any decrease in your hearing? Any chest pain, palpitations? Do you happen to know your resting blood pressure? Do you exercise regularly? If so, any symptoms while exercising? Any unintentional weight loss? Of course, even with such information, any "guesses" will be educated at best given the lack of physical examination. You would be best served seeing your doctor.
  12. Pretty crazy, but I much prefer the flames from backfiring or antilag to a flamethrower exhaust kit.
  13. As it stands, the exterior might be a little too: But, I like it. The White Croc interior is definitely too: or Take off the wing, and replace the white croc leather with more Q-Citera type black leather and or alcantara, and that car would be perfectly cool:
  14. California is, of course, the most strict here in the states. The state law requires exhaust noise to remain under 95 dB. I suspect that exotic and highline cars benefit from a double standard that exists within the heads of most officers. Jealousy or not, they generally look wantingly upon such vehicles, subconsciously expect them to sound louder, and most often are content to sit there and allow the visual and auditory show to play. They have more than enough modified sport compacts, Mustangs, and Corvettes to cite for exhaust noise. Here in AZ, they don't seem to care. Perhaps it's because they are not tasked, either explicitly or implicitly, with generating as much revenue for their respective municipalities.
  15. Not a bad idea. the summers get a bit warm to say the least, but coming from the Mid Atlantic area myself, I see the summers here analagous to the winters there. As a kid, I may have welcomed the snow, etc., but as an adult winters were nothing but hassle and an excercise in staying comfortable. With the exception of july through September, the weather here is very nice. Sure there are locations with a more consitent and pleasant weather, such as SoCal, but your work, other situations, personal likes/dislikes may or may not permit that option. Are you referring specifically to Allan's former Scottsdale home? His home was/is very nice. If it's available for rent, you could easily do worse.
  16. While I don't live in Scottsdale, I am familiar with the area. Topcarbon has certainly given you a reasonable set of starting points, but I think you already have the right formula. Renting in the area to give yourself and your family time to get a bit familiar with the area, the schools, the recreational/nightlife, restaurants and potential commutes to/from work or the aforementioned destinations before buying is a smart move. The real estate market is unlikely to turn anytime soon, as I suspect you are aware, so you should have plenty of time to weigh your options.
  17. Is this car really worth the money? I understand this is a "limited edition" of a limited production car, but low mileage "standard" versions are selling well under $300K (some around $200K) and stage 1 kits for the car run what $13-15K? I can't imagine this car is for any one except those looking to add another bauble to the garage for polishing and viewing. Don't get me wrong, the car is stunning, but with original MSRP differences for the standard vs. 722 being significantly more narrow than the asking prices of used specimens of each, I wonder whether the 772 prices are still on the bubble. Granted few, if any, paid MSRP for the 722, but the same was true of the base model when they first came out, and they have since "crashed" relatively speaking.
  18. Tracey could do a new version of Ebony and Ivory with that other shirtless d**che. http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=40910
  19. At the very least, he could have put on a wife-beater.
