I have always kept a spare one around ( in case i hit a raccoon or something). No way in hell im putting on the cart pusher or even the Anniv strip. I think i paid too much for it back in the day.

Beautiful color yes... nobody seemed to care it was the first proto though. I think it should carry a small premium over other 5liter f.i. cars, but not a huge one. i would be the worst one to buy it... because i'd put the carbs back on!

Once the car starts to just move the cop puts himself MORE in the way of it.... daring the driver to hit him. Surprise surprise... you got rubbed. I don't think his foot was run over and it certainly wasn't a hit BUT it doesn't matter. The driver should not have tried to move the car. The cop at that time had no authority to stop him from getting in the car and even starting it. Where it was parked i don't think was the issue... the car had no front plate and i think that is required in NY. Driver should have just walked up and said "beautiful day isn't it? Thanks, have a good one". Why bother with anything else?

I loved it... i loved the others also. I couldn't always understand everything Bain said so at times I was wishing for captions but i think they over did it with Batmans voice throughout the trilogy also. At times i thought it moved slower than the others BUT it had more of a story to tell to tie everything together which i think they did brilliantly. It left you wanting more and that's just what they wanted.

They better have tuned those damned cars up for a video like that... always hated the articles from the 80's that mentioned the car possibly not running right.

Congrats... I also vote for white rims on a white car. I love wings so i would just keep it since it's on there. Haven't seen a pearl in person but they do photo very well....

first i will say that i agree... i wish the program was taken away. I was hoping anyway... but didn't they kill it? just more slowly? anyone with NFL dreams will leave and rising stars will certainly apply at other schools so what's left? People that play just to play. Plus if you can't play in any of the post season games then what are you playing for at all.... I hope their record turns out to be just as bad as my schools when i went there (they won 5 games in my four years). If it ended for good, people would talk about the "Old Days" and how they went out on top and still might have some good feelings toward its history (shameful i know, but people are already trying to hold on).... now people can sit back and actually Watch it go down the crapper and fans that cant move on will be angry and disappointed to see what the team has become. Now if in 20 years there is a revival, which i doubt, then that would really suck.

that's just it... You DON'T "own" a condo. Not one wall or part of a roof or any physical part of it... with a condo what you own is the "space" in between the walls. No there is nothing you can do unless in the guidelines it spells out how to vote to pass a rule change and you follow the outline to achieve that. Usually just a bunch of signatures is required from other residents. You certainly have no rights on the communities balcony though. Good luck.

Awesome!!! i hope they have to give up the team. If they aren't forced to then it will happen by default anyway. The highest talent will certainly choose the other schools to go to. I will also say that i can't imagine parents wanting to pay tuition to that place.... it's a waste of money now. A few friends with businesses agreed to not hire P.S. grads. I was a little surprised but how they explain it makes sense: if you graduated before then you are fine but if your grad date is after all of this came to light and you continued your education there, then you continued to support this school and ALL that it stands for.

that's the pearl DD that mike, john and then tony (in FL) used to own. the guy removed the front markers which looks 'weird' imo and as far as lowering it,,,, YES it has been lowered. When Tony I owned it i talked to him about lowering mine since i already have the adjustable dampers installed and he said forget about it, and that he never should have done it because he was bottoming out everywhere he went.

For mods i would start by focusing on its biggest flaws.... ignition system and brakes. Any modern ignition system will beat hell out of the original and SS brake lines along with better calipers should help the stopping issue - Movit or Wilwood? Then just do the normal tune up stuff, all fluids, air filters, spark plugs and wires and see what you have. May have to look into bigger radiators and fans. Get a GoPro camera and entertain us. (exhaust and euro bumpers goes without saying)

Look out S1 guys... scary stuff. I would put on the most original looking replacemets i could find.

I think it looks good on the newer cars.... even the Diablo, but doesn't seem to fit the "era" or look of the countach imo. Of course who cares, it's easy enough to change if it gets old.

No,,, in Illinois they offer a certain number of exemptions every year to whomever with whatever. They don't care what it is, BUT, they only give so many a year and you pay to apply.

well, he had California plates on it so it passed some how. I'm sure you know someone you can ask that is an owner. If it's too much of a pain then out of state is your best bet. maybe a relative or good friends address if you sell your other house.

My car ( a carbed car) was previously owned by a guy in Santa Monica Ca. He had (now i have) the DOT and EPA paperwork saying the car was legal to import. As far as i know he never had any problems.. not sure of details around its registration though. Maybe the Gov't paperwork superceded the state issues.....?
