taking the photo inside forget it.. you will always see the light reflections. you can however turn off the lights and set the camera flash to remain OFF. hold the camera perfectly steady and maybe get a good shot. Your best bet is out side with the car parked in the shade. Of course i suck at photos too and have never really "captured" a good one of my car either:

Do you have a drain hole under the front bonnet? I do and my battery charger cable separates so that i can just keep it there if i want. Look under your spare tire and see if that will work.

I remember.. my friend is realistic and understands that at this age they ALL need what yours needed. Unless they have already been gone through then they probably need it. I also had Evans rebuild my entire engine. With some its the trans, with others its the electrical but new owners should plan on something with these old girls.
