They need to go back to the old sl straight black stripe, the new one looks like its an advert for a rainbow bar. Apart from that real nice looking.

Already did if you search back, let me know if you cant find it. Had it coming up a year now. It's loud, wouldn't say it is particulary f1 sounding if that's what you are looking for, it just sounds like a big lump of engine, i like it but my only issue is from cold startup it's too loud whilst it runs up and you are sitting not moving.

Anyone else a bit dissapointed? its virtually the same & everyon had already seen the spy pics a long time ago, now option 21'' wheels 15 hp more 65kg less weight. I was hoping for something a little more in the styling department. 458 is fast but i was expecting the gtr to be quicker at the lower speeds & the rari to catch it higher up. Interesting none the less, thanks

Looks a decent spec, personal preference, but the only thing i would change is i personally don't like the green seat stitching on black (i looked at it) i have an almost identical spec car and i think white stitching looks better, unless you have green up the centres & doors that is. Standard seats are reasonably comfortably but start to hurt after a couple of hours, heated seats is an option not standard with the electrics.

If you saw it in person you wouldnt say that, wheels are ok but the cf wrapped bits look like they were done by a blind hedgehog, absolutey horrific up close.

I've had this as well, not going too fast but under medium acceleration, road looked dead flat & straight but i think heavy lorries going along it all changing lanes at roughly the same point had put almost invisible trenches in the road. I was dragged out of my lane and half way across another, needless to say it scared me alot and had i going faster it definately would have sent me off the road. It caught me out even more because i was not expecting it as i all looked fine, i think may potentially how some of these things happen, if i had been concentrating 100% it wouldn't have been anywhere near so bad.

So lucky you were not going faster or worse turning into a corner at speed. Glad both you & the car are ok, relatively speaking that is. Scary stuff, it really does worry you that wheels can do this with no provocation, guess you could get a defect in any wheel and it is unusual, but that said it would definately make you think twice about putting another one from the same manufacturer back on.

Looks very fast off the line, rest of the figures do not look as special although obviously a very fast car.

I quite like the green, different certainly. The wheels would have to go though.

I've had one six years, no problems really, couple of minor electrical gremlins but they have sorted themselves out, the only thing that had to be changed was the instrument cluster as it was faded to the point you coudn't read it, but that was a long time ago & the replacement is fine. Front diffs used to wear on the early cars & were replaced on a recall, but i had no problem with them. All in all car has been very reliable & all my electrics work fine, i think the reputation came from the previous genaration which was rubbish reliability.

White for subtle, or any bright colour if you want to liven it up a bit, blue looks good

I find this suprising, i have had a deposit down for a long time and i don't know anything, not even the price, i've had "best guesses" along similar lines from the dealer but nothing solid. I was told to expect a base price around £250k but again tbc. I also know two others who have put a deposit down with a different dealer & they are in exactly the same boat, nothing has really been said here, just guesses. Maybe were just not good enough customers to be told.
