  1. Lol let me know if you have any questions. Cheers fellla, what's the flywheel bolt torque setting ? Do you use new bolts ?... I'll PM, I don't want to derail the thread
  2. Mates After months at work and no fun, let alone Lambo fun, picked up new DD. Always liked the new Cayenne. We can't run big petrol (gas) cars in Europe as high milers DDs, just no fun. Pork launch the Diesel 'S' with the Audi/VW 4.2 diesel V8. Options include air suspension, ceramics, parking heater, lush stuff....etc.. Sorry dull picture at the airport longstay, but you all know what a Cayenne looks like, sorry this one has the steering wheel on the wrong side......... You yanks don't know what you're missng out on Diesel regular DD mega torquey things... Double pumper 350 Super Duty etc excluded, but you couldn't rag that through the village backstreets.....
  3. Righty, we've just has the one where Patrick Jane's house explodes, two dead etc... Fatty turns himself in. Bertram is on the run. Internets tell me Sheriff McAllister is RJ, but he dies in the last episode. Google Europe is economical with the truth. If Sheriff is RJ, why did Bertram try and kill Patrick Jane, and why is he on the run ? Just the Blake stuff ? Can't be aresed to wait. Cliff note or link please.
  4. Cheers PattyM... I'm a bit bored at the moment, and my Murcie needs a clutch. I might do it myself.... I have a garage like your old one. But with a radio and heating....
  5. Fantastic job fella ! Looks great. Is this the same garage in which the DIY clutch install was done ? :-)
  6. Silly question really, any news ?
  7. Along with the new HR Owen Lamborghini Pangbourne....
  8. Likey..... Bugger. Lambo London just closed. Why did you post this 1 minute before 6PM ? UK.
  9. Mine went a few years ago, as Jeff says, there's a VW symbol and part number on it. Ordered and picked up replacement from local VW dealer. Think it was from a Golf. Whatever, £25, 20 minute swap out. Good luck.
  10. What great heartwarming news. Chum of mine passed away on Thursday aged 50 from lung cancer. He wasn't so lucky. He was give between 12-18 months at diagnosis, and unfortunately it was spot on.
  11. One of the fuel pumps gone U/S. A couple of hours to swap out one would think, now diagnosed. Would have been quicker to get my mum to fix it in between her shifts at WRVS at the local hospital.
  12. Fcuks sake. Those muppets at Lamborghini London take nearly as long as Wiggs' crew to fix a rough running Murci. I'm sure it won't be long now. Mine or Wiggs.
  13. Holy shit brakes Batgirl ! Steel rotors !? Someones robbed the ceramics !
  14. Get yourself a CCIE, kick the ass out of it for a few years, buy a lambo, live happliy ever after. Go work at the mothership, take all the stock options. Buy more cars. It was different last century though ! Simon, CCIE #4774
  15. John, here's the link; http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?...p;hl=diy+clutch I read on a forum, either this one or UK Piston Heads about current OEM clutches being much improved over original versions. I read this weeks ago, before my clutch went sharply and quickly downhill. It now take 3K revs to pull away and slips in any gear around 4K+ revs. However after searching for the posts I can't find it now, hence my query. I also thought like you, OEM was substandard. I did go on a Lambo London Gallardo driving day last year, and they say that the new 560/570 Gallardos do regular car mileage on clutches, and they've not replaced one yet, so I don't know if there's been an improvement in technology, quality or material. Paging Jeff Lambo ?! Been too busy on BAU to look at this further for last few days, no kevlar stuff available in Europe. I'm regularly in the US, so may take a view on sourcing one (either OEM via a forum sponsor, or kevlar) whilst I'm there next.
  16. Mates Just at 31K miles now, strung a clutch out for 17K miles, 2005 e-gear 6.2 Murcielago. What's current favourite for clutches ? Read with interest the DIY clutch replacement with a kevlar clutch some weeks ago in general. Also read a comment here or on another forum that current OEM clutches have been developed to the point where they're much better than they were when the things rolled of the production line new. Any advice or guidance appreciated. Kevlar, OEM or aftermarket ?...
  17. Of course it's real. It's a factory team. They make everyone park in the dirt.
  18. Hi John. Catfood here ! See you on the other side........
  19. I'm in Dubai fella. Getting back on it after a week in KSA. Fancy a spin ?
  20. A quick search and replace, and I have my next employee motivational briefing...
  21. Just seen this on late news in UK. What an awful thing to happen. My thoughts are with all those and their families so accidentally caught up in this.
  22. Great work fellas. Who's kevlar kit is it ? That's a steal for $3K. I feel like following in your footsteps !
  23. RIP All our collective wealth and freedom is in some part due to her (and Reagan's) policies.
  24. New glass coat product on Europe is 22PLE. Not sure if it's stateside yet. Amazing product, Google is your friend. Had my Audi corrected & coated, now bought some myself to do the rest of the fleet. Signature glass coat for the body, Rim & metal coat for the wheels & calipers. FYI, I have no commercial link with this company, it's an outstanding product... Just doing the calipers & new brakes They recommend their own applicator... You only need 15ml to do a whole vehicle.
