  1. Congrats!! Beautiful car!! Enjoy it to the fullest!
  2. My plan is stock at the moment. With the fuse pulled for the exhaust--the stock unit sounds pretty good to me! Thanks for your thoughts!
  3. Thanks Fortis! I just wish I had your house!
  4. I actually really like the wheels!
  5. Thanks RB! That’s exactly how I feel!
  6. Well, I've always thought the DBS was one of the best looking cars of all time, so I've finally taken the plunge to try one. This is a 2012 Ultimate addition number 33 of 100 in Silver Fox. Car has plenty of grunt for a GT and it sounds like a million bucks. Looking forward to some top down spring cruising! I couldn't get my iphone pics to load, but here are some random ones of the car:
  7. It will definitely depreciate. There are several available out there at MSRP without even negotiating.... Fortis' advice is spot on
  8. Wellllll....THAT'S on a whole nutha level, my friend!! Huge congrats to you and enjoy it in the best of health!!
  9. My thoughts exactly Allan. If both could be had at MSRP ($335K Perf/$340K GT2RS Weissach)--the GT2RS would have less downside. I'm just not fond of depreciation if I can avoid it
  10. Welcome to the club, Christian!!! You're going to love it. Here are several track weekends this fall at Road Atlanta. Hope you can make it out for some!!
  11. Looks great!! Congrats and enjoy!!
  12. Thanks for researching this Ed! Very interesting!!
  13. I was going off of what someone at the dealer told me. They felt it was around 1500/year for 2014/2015 since very few regular 458 coupes were delivered those years. The majority of the cars delivered were Speciales and a few spiders. The factory will not report actual numbers for the Speciale for another year or so, so we'll just have to wait to find out! But it's significantly more than the 1288 CS's for sure
  14. Welcome to the Lambo world and to Lambo Power, Saiy. Hopefully this is the beginning of a lifelong obsession with both!
  15. The steering on the car is direct and very communicative. It's the first car I've driven that reminds me of the E30 M3 I owned back in 1991. The sound of this car above 6500 rpm's is unmatched by any other car from the factory that I've ever heard. I'm really happy with the purchase!
  16. I am currently building another stand alone 3 car garage with 3 lifts. Currently have 4 car with 2 lifts....
  17. Thanks Felippe!!! Valve guides have been done on this car as well as sticky buttons. I'm hoping it won't give me too much trouble--we'll see!! I can't believe how smoothly it drives though! Crazy for a 1995 car. Sounds decent with the Tubi exhaust. It certainly won't set any land speed records, but it is fun to tool around town in. The color has been getting a lot of comments...
