Well I don't want to clutter his thread much more, so if you need more detail than what's below, PM me. Basically you create a Revocable Living Trust. A trust is it's own entity that can contain/own property. You can modify or cancel it at anytime during your life, but with NFA stuff you would have to get new tax stamps. Since the trust is not a human being, there are no fingerprints, headshots (the picture kind ) nor a need for CLEO involvement. You are listed on the trust and still have all the NFA rights and restrictions you normally would. The trust can be created with a ~$50 program from Quicken called Willmaker. There are online tutorials showing how to go about it... like this one Once you print it out, go to your local bank and have it notarized. Then you're ready to go. Just include a photocopy of it with your next NFA submission to the BATFE. When you buy another NFA item and are ready to submit, use Willmaker to add the item to your schedule A and include the updated photocopy of the trust. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions.

The CLEO sign off is always a hurdle, some places more than others. Check out doing a trust... 60 minutes with Quicken Willmaker and you can skip the whole CLEO process. That's how most of us do it here in AZ.
  3. Correct. You gotta get a copy of the buyers ffl, verify its still good https://www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck/ then you can ship it directly to the dealer. Long guns generally go ground, handguns are supposed to go next day, but nobody really says anything. Technically you cant use USPS unless you’re a dealer. Put up a list of what you're trying to unload, I'm sure some of us will be interested.
  4. Yeah it's totally backasswards. In AZ we only have to disclose if specifically asked about it. It's wise to go out of your way to prevent discovery. Absolutely nothing good comes from handling my loaded weapon during a traffic stop. Leave it in the holster, where it belongs...
  5. Leasing is always a bad "deal". You think the stealership is going to take the depreciation hit for you? You'll pay them for both their profit and to cover the depreciation. At least if you buy it yourself you can minimize the profit part. The V wagon would be a pretty sweet hauler. Prob my favorite of the three models - definitely the most rare. They're only going to make a limited run, last I saw.
  6. Surefire. Great product.
  7. Something about the coupe doesn't look right, in person. The 4 door is alright, and I had high hopes for the 2 door, but it looks strangely out of proportion when you walk around it.
  8. My front diff is leaking... having the seals replaced. Wonder if a diff cooler is in my future too. I don't know if that has anything to do with the TT kit, but perhaps there's a correlation.
  9. Yes, it gets that hot in AZ.
  10. I would like to use my first post to post about my dissatisfaction with the RIMZZZZZ guy's first post. Post.
