Well I don't want to clutter his thread much more, so if you need more detail than what's below, PM me.
Basically you create a Revocable Living Trust. A trust is it's own entity that can contain/own property. You can modify or cancel it at anytime during your life, but with NFA stuff you would have to get new tax stamps. Since the trust is not a human being, there are no fingerprints, headshots (the picture kind ) nor a need for CLEO involvement. You are listed on the trust and still have all the NFA rights and restrictions you normally would.
The trust can be created with a ~$50 program from Quicken called Willmaker. There are online tutorials showing how to go about it... like this one
Once you print it out, go to your local bank and have it notarized. Then you're ready to go. Just include a photocopy of it with your next NFA submission to the BATFE. When you buy another NFA item and are ready to submit, use Willmaker to add the item to your schedule A and include the updated photocopy of the trust.
