  1. It's almost here... Free Practice 1 starts at the bottom of the next hour.
  2. That's probably not too far off for that area. Prices are in the toilet here on old condos like that, but rents are up. There were so many foreclosures here in the past few years that a lot of people can't get financing and that's created a good demand for rentals.
  3. Fcuking scammer... Never heard of them, and that address is a shitty older condo/apartment complex that Zillow estimates is worth $36,000, or $850 per month.
  4. 954 is Broward County/Fort Lauderdale... I'd probably call and have some fun with the scammers if I were you. That number is a Sprint cellphone
  5. Things are not always as they appear, note the change at 1:05
  6. Best of luck Jim! Fantastic project, gorgeous car! You should take Allan with you. You can dress him up in red and yellow and he can be your mascot.

  8. Another million? The damn thing is already overpriced by about $15 million! You should make him an offer, you know you want to move. Just remember how much cheaper the toys are up here without those high Aussie taxes! According to Redfin it's been for sale for 1051 days, if he's at all serious about selling he's ready... http://www.redfin.com/CA/La-Jolla/9826-La-...37/home/4861986
  9. That would be a repost Capt... http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=54818
  10. The more I look at that and the more I see of the Aventabortion the more I find myself agreeing with Roy. This one in particular is absolutely stunning in that color, and yeah the price is up there, but I'd take this over the new one any day!
  11. Oh I know exactly where that house in La Jolla is. I believe it's new since the last time I was there, but I've been down the street it's on... And in my younger days on the beach below. La Jolla Farms is a gorgeous neighborhood! I would absolutely love that view, and may even like that house if it were finished and nicely decorated.
  12. Here's another house for you Fortis, is this the style you like?... http://www.villaamanzi.com/index.html http://www.villaamanzi.com/photogallery/photogallery.html It's still a bit sterile for me, but at least I see a hint of wood here and there. I do like the pool and the view.
  13. Al Mardikian built that back in the late 70's, early 80's... As a kid I used to spend the summers in Hermosa Beach, not far from Trend Imports. Fascinating place back in those days!
  14. Damn... Orange Diablo GT and the 964RS please!
  15. I saw this on TV last night too, this is really sad, poor little kid... Nine-year-old Japanese boy looking for family who went missing during devastating tsunami
  16. No, keep trying. Sorry, I just don't like the plain sterile cold concrete and glass walls. I like a more traditional house. I don't like clutter either, but I like "warmth", and privacy. Those glass walls would give me nightmares. The design of that house in La Jolla might not be so bad though if they would finish it. It just looks to me like they built a concrete shell and ran out of money before they got to the interior.

    That was cute!
  18. Congrats! Gorgeous car... Look at the "Nocturne" wheels, they're extremely hot.
