  1. Um, did you guys notice the DATE of that for sale ad? It's 2.5 years old! And that guy hasn't signed on since 29 August 2005.
  2. This was the original accident thread, but it was never updated. It just says they were taken to hospital, apparently no fatalities, but it doesn't say how badly they were injured... http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=20787
  3. What's with all the eBay links not working on here? It's item # 160188308002 It looks like a nice car, but good luck getting that price for it
  4. It's not paint, it's a wrap
  5. I'm going to guess he means the eBay car in the first post, this one... http://www.autosourcemotoring.com/detail.aspx?iid=2372629
  6. Eh, I wouldn't get freaked out, but I wouldn't let him know where I lived either... I'd just write him back and tell him you take it to Cars & Coffee once in a while (I think it was yours I've seen there a few times anyway).
  7. It's on the dealer's website... Vin: ZA9DU21B5XLA12227
  8. LOL, I didn't know (or remember) the story of how he wrecked the F40, but I remember seeing the pics of it after the fact. And then there was a thread about an F40 for sale at a dealer in Portland and him saying he had a deal to buy it, then checking the vin # and finding out it was his old one, now repaired. No idea if the Saleen was wrecked or not, but he was asked if he still had it in the SLR thread and he said... "I sold it after I found out the factory closed down production and with no air bags I figured my life is worth more than the car."
  9. Yeah, he had an F40 a while back that he wrecked.
  10. The owner posts on F-chat, this is his thread about it... http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=175915
  11. It's a year old... Here's the story to go with the pic... http://www.motorauthority.com/news/superca...e-crashes-enzo/ More pics... http://jalopnik.com/cars/news/ferarri-flam...enzo-217222.php
  12. LOL, why the confusion? He sold what he was selling
  13. Exactly... They're an interesting car, they do sound very cool, but are nowhere near quick enough or refined enough to be worth the $300,000 they sticker for in the US. At half that perhaps they'd be a unique toy, but any more and there are just too many better alternatives.
  14. Get off the fence and buy one, you won't be sorry!
  15. I'd take a Gallardo over an F430, but IMO the 430 Scuderia blows the Gallardo SL away.
  16. Lamborghini Chicago/Fox Valley has a red one with 7K miles on it... http://www.lamborghinichicagoinventory.com...l=DIABLO+6.0+VT
  17. Shouldn't they have saved that for April 1st?

    WTB F-40

    Symbolic has one too... http://www.symbolicmotors.com/car-401/1990-ferrari-f40.html
  19. You can't translate the price that way, they don't cost the same everywhere in the world... That may be the price in the UK, but in the US the MSRP will be around $250K
