From my understanding the Canadian system has strong links (naturally) with the French legal system; which imo and experience is really shit - I am going through some stuff now to do with my family in France. Yes the US system imo is better than the French/Canadian system in general but I really am shocked that such a revelation is released, surely a prosecutor would include this only in the trial and not prior to prevent the defendant claiming an unfair trial. I am not saying that the trials are held in private I am just surprised that details of the parties involved are release to the public domain prior to the trial. But anyway we are diverting away from the topic content... still interesting though.

But couldn't the jurors be exposed to this info therefore prejudicing the trial ?

Actually can someone refresh my memory on your US judicial system, would releasing such information about the toxicology report of one of the parties involved affect a free trial?

Currently there are eight subjects pinned at the top of the General section, does there have to be that many? Two are on t-shirts and merchandise - of which I understand and appreciate generates some revenue for the site so fair enough. Two are on Vbox related subjects. Is there a need for two threads to be pinned? One telling teenagers to go away - can this not be sorted when users sign up? One telling everyone be nice to newbies - does it need to be pinned? The forum is decent enough and if anyone is out of hand more than one person steps up and does the right thing. One ranting about Lambo owner complaints. - ok fair enough good idea. TTG Q&A - how about a TTG section therefore all the answers and developments are in one place plus an additional place for advertisers? The other thing I have been thinking is maybe the site could construct a Q&A buyers guide compiled by the Lambo owners offering advice on each model. Many thanks for reading.
