I didn't think it was funny at all. I hate how people disrespect other's things. If I saw an unattended dream car and wanted a picture I'd stand next to it without touching it and get a picture. I treat other's property as I want mine treated.

Easy there! I thought his pose was funny. There obviously nothing funny about vandalism to cars. (Trust me I know Ive dealt with more tnan my fair share of it).

If it was my car I'd start to laugh in front of him as if it were funny and offer him a ride in it. If he accepts I take him to the nearest lake and dump him. No joke.

 

 

at first I thought it is photoshopped, but after a closer look it is not!!!! and there is a dent in the hood clearly visible under his foot OMG. Also the part of face that is visible and the hair makes me think the guy is asian, what do you think?

This is an older picture and apparently triggered a massive search. There were actually 2 pictures involved - 1 with the Asian kid here and another with a black kid.

 

I know the po po got involved and last I heard they had positively identified the kids. As is usual in this kind of thing, both kids had profiles up on MySpace or one of those types of sites.

I had a heated argument last summer. I was chilling in front of an reception with 2 girls I knew in Montreal. There was a nice, brand new Plastic mess-06 parked in front. I had seen the owner park the car earlier (30 minutes or so) during the first smoke break of my friends. During the second smoke break, this chick was SITTING on the trunk, with JEANS on, a big belt, the works. I looked at her funny when I first got out. Said a comment about how disrespectful it was to my friends (girls) and one of them proceeded to calmly tell her she should not sit there. She erupted in name calling, saying we were dirty capitalists, that the owner said it was OK (which was obviously false since I saw the guy park his car, get out with his GF, walk, and he never spoke to anyone), etc etc etc. I was infuriated, but stayed calm and proceeded to destroy all his arguments one by one, because as every "socialist, capitalism-hater kids" they seem to be utterly stupid and wrong at all times. In the end, out of the 25-30 people outside smoking/chilling, 90% of them were laughing at her and she just packed her bony ass and left with a couple of her brokeass/artsy friends.

 

Still completely unacceptable though. I wish the owner could have been there...he was one HUGE/BUILT black guy that looked like he meant business!!!
