Looks like people are hearing about how much fun 2010 and 2011 were!! 40 of the 100 spots are now sold!!!!!!!

Last year came close to sell out, but we ran out of hotel space (which happens every year Monterey Car Weekend)

So if you want to come this year, sign up NOW, and then book your hotel with our block. www.ItalianStampede.com (cool video on the site too)

Past participants: please post photos and tell your experience!

Me, Emily, Stig, and Tippy are in!!

P.S. How do I know the route and what hotels to stay at? When I click the link it simply says that I must be registered (which I am) to see it.

The route is given to everyone at the start of the event. (to eliminate the route getting out and causing problems with our traffic escort)

The hotel instructions will hit your email within 24 hours of registering. (do not take the hotel situation lightly.. make the reservation now.. people that wait til the last minute end up staying outside of Monterey OR paying $600+ per night with a 4-night min reservation)

Thank guys, looking forward to seeing you... LOTS of LP guys on the event for 10, 11, and now 2012!

Andrew,

Signed up this evening. Spots were still available.

This will be my 3rd Stampede - and my 3rd cross country trip to California and back (from Indy). The Gallardo should be well over 80K by the time we meet up in LA.

Chapstick, why not come this year? There is a group coming from the midwest, and almost always a few from NY.. get yourself on the same transport and its not that costly.

Yes, drove out and back for the past 2 years. I do the trip in 4 days/3 nights - about 600-650 miles a day. No rush. The G is a surprisingly comfortable car for long distance driving - except when the roads are total crap (like I-40 going through Oklahoma City). I'll probably take the northern route (through Denver) again this year. Better scenery.

"Purchase number" was triple digits. I am assuming it started at 1? if that is the case then yeah all spots are taken.

That may not be the case. I signed up shortly after Andrew alerted me that there were 40 spots taken. My "Purchase Number" was 95.

I wouldn't believe that all spots were taken until the registration website refused to take your money.
