Well CTD is STILL somehow incorporated and operating. I don't believe this to be "hate" as much as I do making sure the truth gets out and it doesn't happen again. It's fairly easy for someone like DWIGG to hide behind LLC's and continue to bilk money from people. Sort of the shell game tactic while holding ZERO accountability to your customers/coworkers. It will catch up with him in one way or the other.

 

I'm a ex-customer of CTD and have my own story to tell when appropriate (and without hijacking Brendan's thread lol). Until then I will say that everything in this thread...and then some...is well deserved and only a small portion of what shit he's put us through. Regardless, I'm extremely happy Brendan found UGR to make his dream happen. Brendan is a stand up, honest, man that loves his family and works very hard. Nobody, especially him, should have to go through what he (and many others) did. Lies, false promises, not standing behind quoted and paid for parts/work, continued pushed dates, preschool fabrication, continually asking for more money, more lies, etc... They couldn't even hook up a damn stereo system correctly! LMAO That's pitiful coming from a company that wanted to get in the ring with UGR!

 

Also, it's nice to see ex-employees like Corey post in here as well. Sadly, he's not alone and many other stories need to be told. We were all sold on a dream, thought, and promises that very positive things would come out of a relationship with CTD regardless if you're a client or coworker. Live and learn, I guess.

OK, so...it's ridiculous that time that could be dedicated to worthwhile endeavors has to be redirected toward answering the delusions of some very sad individuals...

 

Two quick observations first: (1) It's amazing how people who know the least about you always have the most to say about you. And then they state it as if it's the gospel.

(2) I am really shocked by the balls some people have by attempting to 'expose skeletons' in my closet given the piles of bones in theirs. Either they don't know that I know them or simply know I have always been a better person than them and kept those things private.

Zegna is nice! I have a few items of theirs. I think it's cut for small, European types though. I prefer TF, Zilli, and Saville Row, and Jermyn St.

I am sorry to see that you fell off of the drug and alcohol wagon and into the Amy Winehouse fun factory. I don't think it's appropriate to get into all of the reasons you're a lying, miserable, lonely, worthless, unclean POS; however, I will touch on a few highlights.

- You literally begged me for a job

- I saw potential and allowed you to progress through the company as you showed promise

- You became complacent; took things for granted; and started to embody your generation's sense of entitlement

- You believed that doing the bare minimum deserved a raise

- You stated that because your parents had paid for your health insurance since you were a kid, now that you were too old to be on it, it was CTD's responsibility to pay for it because, "you didn't want to." I have a video of you actually crying about it in my office.

- You rescued a dog (admirable), but then couldn't take care of it or feed it, so what did I do? Paid for his medical bills and over $5,000 worth of food for it. Why? Because he shouldn't suffer just because you couldn't stop from blowing your paycheck on drugs, alcohol, RC cars, and/or car parts

- When you totaled your car driving drunk (you know, when you ran away scared and tried to avoid responsibility for your actions and before you lost your license), who provided you with a car free of charge? Me.

- You ordered countless parts and tools for your own personal use with company money and never reimbursed the company. Some would call that theft.

- You helped someone steal his car out of our shop in the hopes he would hire you. There was an employee witness and the customer himself named you as an accomplice. You got caught. You got caught calling customers and vendors lying with every breath. You. Got. Caught.

- You violated your non-compete and tried/are trying to conceal that fact by being paid under-the-table

- And to think all of this downhill spiral started because CTD determined your lack of work ethic and production no longer warranted the massive subsidy for your dog. So you were going to "show us" from that point on.

- Almost every neutral party that walked through CTD's doors and met you, mentioned to me that they thought you were unstable and a liability, but I believed you were the best chance for customers to get their cars back as quickly as possible. Live and learn.

- And there's the tip of the iceberg

 

But here's the most important one....

 

EVERY SINGLE MISSED DEADLINE OR BROKEN PROMISE that I am being blamed for in this thread, didn't originate with me. I did't work on the cars (very thankfully for the customers), you did. You, yourself, stated that you built every motor. What about this "abortion" that you're unknowingly being blamed for? Was that incompetence or laziness? Those missed deadlines originated from you, Corey. But, trust me, none of us expect you to accept responsibility for any of that. That's not who you are. You're of the "I am a winner because I participated" tribe. You can try and deflect and try to make me out to be the bad guy, but, unfortunately for you, the truth doesn't agree. And the truth doesn't care whether or not you believe in it; it's still there...unchanged.

Wiggins has threatened me too for just posting in the forums about his shanagans on Brendan's Gallardo so I can imagine the threats you're getting. Brendan is a good friend of mine and him and I been in touch since day one on his TTG build at CTD. I didn't want to sahre any details because it was not my place and out of respect for Brendan.

 

I am very happy on how many times I cancelled on his "deals" he's given me to work on my Lambos.

 

What I don't understand is why ANY reputable organization like the Italian Stampede would want to be affiliated with this guy and allow him to be a sponsor? Wiggins emailed me to tell me that "you're banned from the Italian Stampede" two years ago like it was my life long dream to partake in that rally! Cmon Wiggins! It is because you're affiliated with that event that I want to have nothing to do with it!

And (2) for lying about your little Lambo Club of Western PA, the pull you had, the cars you could bring etc. etc. to Lamborghini who naturally contacted the appropriate parties where they were promptly set straight.

- It's funny how you wouldn't come to the Stampede because of me, but had no problem begging me, Emily, and employees to come and display our cars to help promote your unlicensed 'club'.

For me, it's because Brendan is a friend. He did not know what he signed up for. Wiggs was a sponsor at a group that I am a member of. Once he fukked Brendan hard and long, we banned him. But there was never anything offered up to Brendan.

I actually did the financially UNSOUND thing of trying to help and do the right thing. Nick, much like Brendan, I don't think that a public forum is the best place to hash any of this out because, there are always two sides to every story, and it serves no beneficial purpose to either party. I have always been more than willing to speak directly with you but my attempts went un-responded to so I moved on and assumed you had also.

 

I think it's very important to remember that I was sold the same story you were; and Brendan. You're right about other stories need to be told; however, they'll be very different than the ones you're expecting them to be.

 

The difference between the guy that sold all of us the dream and me? I actually tried to make it right instead of just running away. I have the hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of receipts I spent on multiple 'scammed' projects to prove it. The offer to speak privately still stands...

 

I am by no means without fault; however, I did do everything that was within my power to try and make right what was initially made wrong. The Lambo club I try to put together is really just a hobbie, not a job. Not concerning if that's "unlicensed". When it's unofficial, it's actually less work and less headaches for me. Remember, that was when none of us knew you were going to dick Brendan around for 3 years and when I actually thought you were "alright". Oh BTW we looked at Davids logs from the "STIG" after driving it for weeks on low boost, and the highest throttle he ever hit was 40%... He is now trying to get someone to put the car back to stock.

I am locking this thread, it is completely off topic now . I don't agree with the dirty laundry being aired on a public forum. It is not my place to be judge or jury in this matter, a very sad situation where a whole bunch of people evidently got screwed .
