That's the stock bonnet. I think Lamborghini never produced a carbon fiber engine bay cover and is waiting to introduce it into a special edition or SV-type car.

Nobody's speculating a diesel variant. Europeans who will want to purchase the Urus, and other luxury vehicles, under the new EU emissions standards, will simply have to pay more. The Urus will be a low-production, higher-priced variant of VW's Q7/Cayenne/Touareg platform so those who can't afford it or want a diesel car can purchase the alternatives. I don't think Lamborghini is worried about European sales as there will always be buyers and they are continuing to grow outside of the EU.
