  1. yep, haven't driven one but been in one going hard. spent a lot more time in Lambos and Ferraris but the NSX is one impressive car, and then when just cruising around town if you want you can forget you're even in something that good if you want because it's as easy to drive and manouvre through traffic as it's crappy cousin the civic.
  2. i have no idea what a Zo6 is, but either way it'd be hard to go past the Elise unless a) you need to go faster than 250kph, or you need to carry more than a pair of underpants.
  3. 'these'?? talking about the RX7 here right? time to fire up the playstation and live the legend methinks.....
  4. soooooo.... they still make cars and stuff yeah?
  5. what was this guy thinking coming on a Lamborghini website and calling a bunch of 15 year old jap cars 'Legends' ? here they are, i can sit in a cafe have some breakfast and see anywhere between 5-30 of either go by in an hour. the 3000GT (GTO/Stealth) looks alright and some versions had plenty of power but is enormously heavy and sounds crap. my cousin had a TT. the Supra... sigh, i'm tired of EVERYTIME it's mentioned on the web people jump up and down saying you can get 1000hp out of them... so what? spend $50-100k on a Lada and you can do that too. RX7, decent car, but that's about it. as for 90's 'Legend' jap cars, these are my four... 1) NSX - looks great, goes hard 2) GTR - slaughtered the aussie domestics in their own racing series :finga: 3) WRX - legitimate rally legend 4) hmm, can't think of a fourth... :butthead: the only jap 'performance' car i'd consider owning nowadays is the NSX, the other two i respect for their racing heritage, but am not really interested in them.
  6. http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.ph...0#post134989080  push baby
  7. last night the owner returned to say a few words...
  8. that's Ton. there's a 22 page thread in the Oz section of Fchat, the discussion went to shit about 15 pages in when a couple little boyz started being dickheads... http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29754
  9. me too! oh wait we're still talking about Grand Theft Auto on the Playstation right fellas?
  10. dunno, i've seen vids of him giving his right hand a werkout
  11. all those cars and only one bum. must be annoying.
  12. for the man on a budget, you can always blow 50 Cent
  13. pretty funny stuff, having to be courteous to the car not for the car's sake for for the subsequent owner. that's like not drinking so that when you die someone will get your liver in good condition. do surgeons do PPI's? :finga:
  14. finally a decent drag vid. that was cool
  15. that 'lowered' Porker is an Fchatters car. i remember the thread from about a year ago.
  16. badass... i could walk outside and film 30 of them in the next 2 minutes. go out into the badlands (outer burbs) and nearly every car is a commodore or hyundai excel.
  17. that thing is BRUTAL! you'd never be accused of being a hairdresser in that
  18. Taxi Coupe as they're known here. not the best taxi platform considering its a 2 door.....and they come with a 6.0liter 400hp ls2 motor. i believe they call them monaros or something downunder with the brand as Holden. yep, in australia the Commodore is an icon and an eyesore, taxi's, cop cars, govt fleet vehicles, and every kid and blue-collar employee has one to call their own. for the most part, a Monaro is just a 2-door Commodore. :vom: they raped the name of an old legendary car for the sake of sales, just the same as they did by calling it a GTO over there. standard commode-door cop commonwhore monaro
  19. sounds like it. you'd want to start at almost 4000rpm in 2nd, that'd give great take-off with enough acceleration by the time you had to grab 3rd. is there such a thing that can act like a stutter-box at speed, so you can be at full-boost already?
  20. yeah drag racing here is huge too, we have an unending supply of bogans who think their V8 commodore is top shit - same sort of deal really - but i think you'll find a fairly clear chasm between guys who like high-revving nimble italian cars and guys who like their grunting straight-line torque machines. i'm not bashing, i'm just laughing when i hear about 'driving skill' being required for rolling start races in a straight line. as for measuring performance by trap-speeds, that's cool for talking crap down the pub or seeing who can get to the next traffic light quickest, but as i've said before we have 17 year old kids here who can put together a rotary in their backyard that would embarrass any of this stuff, but useless for just about anything else. for people who care so much about the 1/4 i don't understand why they don't just get a bike or a clubman. i for one like the whole package, handling, beauty, sound, and enough power to get you where you want to go. if we were talking chicks, i'd want the hot chick who was intelligent and wild in the sack, not the dumb chick with great tits who only knows how to give a blowjob.... actually i'm starting to change my mind... but yeah you're right, i like F1, circuit racing, rallying, etc... but i saw Days of Thunder and that was cool, i just wish Goose didn't die, it breaks my heart every time.
  21. yeah i love how in all these penis battles there's talk of 'how good the driver is' etc etc... i haven't seen anything that involves 'driving', just planting your foot and changing gears.
