Sunday Driving With LV Eric and Ace
iBoost replied to Supercar Ace's topic in Automobili Lamborghini
Pretty much everything is about as appealing as a card box when parked next to an SV LOL -
Yeah, we did get hit very hard back in Nov 14 Shut the entire city down for about 5 days. Funniest part is where I live (northtowns) for those familiar it was literally sunny at my place while just 20 mins south they were getting absolutely rocked. I think the worst parts for like 80" in 48-72 hours. Lots of people trapped, died, etc. national gaurd was in town, major driving bans everywhere. At the time I had an Evo X MR and don't think I've ever had so much fun ripping down the snow packed roads with zero traffic what so ever.

I guess that comes down to your definition of afford. There are plenty of pretend ballers who have their H's financed for 144 months(I know some personally) You're right though if you're buying a H in cash I doubt your particularly concerned whether a 2R is $260k or $230k. 2R is the best for me IMO. 1800+ on tap when you need to put a hurting on street cars and 1150whp for cruising around town and still whacking 99.9% of stuff on the road.

Just got rid of the Tesla and got a new CTS V
iBoost replied to FLHOMESITE's topic in Archived Content
Nice choice, I really like the new CTSV. Care to share an pics? -
I've done it. It wasn't really for me, I enjoy eating all 3 traditional meals. As an avid weightlifter I did not see any benefits personally. I eat plenty of carbs on a daily basis in evenly spaced meals with only positive results. I'm not one who suffers after high carb meals. I have heard of people raving about it and for some it may be easier with their lifestyle and or training/ weight goals. I gave it about a month or so roughly before I decided against it.

Anyone going to the Pump Gas Invitational?
iBoost replied to TarHeelBlue's topic in Archived Content
Wow! That is extremely impressive. Can't underestimate what a big cube V10 can do -
Anyone going to the Pump Gas Invitational?
iBoost replied to TarHeelBlue's topic in Archived Content
Are we talking a Viper that made 1600 on pump? By pump do we mean traditional 93 octane or e85? If it is 91/93 then holy cow! -
Great show! Just been watching it over the past two months on Hulu( almost typed Hooli) ha-ha Edit: I mean HBO LOL Big head Ftw

Nice! Between this and the SV-R I think I would just admire them in the garage daily lol. You have great taste So, how do they compare?
-
I vote 2017 ZL1. For the money you can't get a better car IMO. New 10 speed is awesome as well. GTR is a very close second. FBO w/E85 and it makes for strong car that's super easy to drive.

Underground Racing X SL Speedo 75-199 (Anti Lag)
iBoost replied to dirty's topic in Archived Content
To think this is just medium boost lol. That's freakin stupid fast. The speedo view really puts it into perspective. How much slower is this car than your world record Huracan? -
Always love watching the speedo's rip on these things. I wonder how much power they're putting down in the video! Looks like a blast

Yeah, I know what I'm getting myself into. Thanks for the advice though. Spent some time there last summer and experienced a couple days around 110-113. Wasn't as nasty feeling as the Florida summer heat with humidity. I'm sure it wears on you after a while but that will be a good time to do some traveling to some more mild climate places. Keep in mind I am used to winters with single digits, high winds and lake effect snow. I'll gladly take a little desert heat

Agreed. Just got back from Scottsdale at the beginning of the month. I am moving there in the early part of 2018. Can't wait to get out of NY. Something about that AZ sun and feel just feels good! Looking at some of the newer condos/Apts in Old town. Lots of options in that area currently.

Out of curiosity what didn't you like about the TT Of course it's no SV, I understand. Haven't heard many impressions yet from the UGR H's.
-
Just out of curiosity, why do you care? There are plenty of people on this board and on the internet who post their full names or can easily be found. We don't live in a world of privacy anymore unless you go to extreme measures. Also, it would be incredibly naive to think you can become a YouTube sensation at 21 with an SV, GTR and C63 and not think there would be 1000's of people trying to figure out your personal information. If you want to remain anonymous online then don't start a youtube channel. You totally brought all of this onto yourself. Also, if you've just exited a big tech startup I'm sure your name would easily be associated with press on tech crunch, etc.

Yeah cause I'm sure most people with net worths large enough for $700k+ worth of cars spend half of their day defending their story on multiple different forums.

Gets pretty interesting on the GTR forum over the last few hours. http://www.gtrlife.com/forums/topic/241353...rs-too/page-13#

Love the Murci SV. That is a real keeper. What do you like driving better? The SV or Huracan? I know they're completely different animals but would love to know how they compare
