  1. actually, the louvers are cockit adjustable for variance in downforce. at least thats what I heard.
  2. you have to check out that link as the engine bay is super clean.
  3. this is the countach with extensive mods on the engine bay...http://www.countach.ch/Enginebay/index.html
  4. well, I dont know about the other people but I felt the original escalade was a decent enough design to warrant buying one when it first came out. No reversals in tastes for me.... Same thing with the new design, I might get it simply because of cargo space...
  5. the interior is definitely much much better. The exterior.... looks handsome but not as aggressive looking with the flares. They should have made the new one look even more aggressive as most of the people buying escalades want that aggressive look.
  6. Big shot lawer has money to burn....
  7. its better than the old ones thats for sure.
  8. check your connection... its time to upgrade to dsl.
  9. just post more of the same. that will satisfy him.
  10. man. this is tiring. Its like watching verbal tennis. back and forth, back and forth.....
  11. I skipped pg 2-3...... I like lambos. I like to discuss and have a laugh here at l-power. I like the funny people here. I try to give ct info to others. replicas... I dont like. thats my feelings in a nut shell. L-power is a good entertainment value. thanks for reading. :partyman:
  12. I have seen that system up close and I think for the amount of weight added, it is supercharging overkill. All you need is just one supercharger. The additional stress imposed on the crank pulley is questionable... While it looks awesome, a centrifugal supercharger would be less stress on the car and still give you at least 630 fly hp...
  13. whats the interior color? any pics?
  14. so eric, the bolt pattern area you kept the same as the original or did you retransform again for a slightly smaller size? Does this mean that the 5 holes are larger or is the rim section area larger?
  15. The photoshop isnt accurate to the actual wheel that will be produce because while the bolt pattern will be the same, are they going to increase the size of the 5 holes, or just lengthen out the face of the wheel? Surely, that would alter the look of the wheel and just make it wierd. Most people when looking at this design would probably think it is easy, just put 5 holes and you got a bravo wheel. But, it is a little more difficult than that. The photoshop would not be an accurate rendition of the wheel proposed....
  16. guys, why would anyone do just a 6.0? just put diablo only and you probably get more people on your group buy. however, I still wouldnt get it as it looks pretty bad. Unless they make an actual piece, I wouldnt take it.
  17. of course metallurgically speaking anything is possible. However, it would be extremely tough to find a billet piece that already has the contours of the original. because if you dont, guess what... the machine time required to work down a solid hunk of billet is very cost prohibitive. Casting the wheel would be another alternative. But, try finding a manufacturer who is willing to make them for you is also extremely tough unless you want to spend 45k to make the mold. Not to mention that there are limited manufacturers who can make that width in casting. However, if you do find someone who is able to duplicate the wheel exactly and increase the diamter of the wheel, let me know as I will gladly use the original prints to make the new ones. not to mention the weight, a 15 inch wheel weights ALOT less than the proposed 17 and 18 inch setup. Keep in mind that you are talking about 13 in the back versus the 12 from the original. This is because the tire size available would require a bigger size for better fit and look to the car. Then, you have to take into the fact that an 18 inch set up is going to slow down the car big time because you are increase the overall ratio. Also, after you put on the wheel, you are going to be messing with the suspension geometry because you are going to have to lower the car alot to be able to match up to the rendering. Or else it will look like a 4x4 and alot of gap. But, if you are able to address all of those concerns and still come up with wheels for it, I am interested.
