I will make them for the SV very soon. Waiting on one to come in to make the templates for it. Also I have used double sided tape to hold them on and never had an issue. My 458 and R8 both had them on with double sided tape.

I actually make these for most cars. I usually use outserts into the bumper to hold them on. Awesome way to protect your bumpers.

Problem is that anyone can become a cop now. Cops used to be legit tough guys back in the day. Now some little ass pansy can become a cop and they get scared and let the gun go off. Either that or they got bullied when younger and now have a gun and badge and feel too much power..

I would highly advise you not to powder coat the wheels. They are partly magnesium and will not be able to withstand the heat to bake the powder..

Happy Birthday to you man!

It is the same company that has high horsepower supras. I don't remember if it was ###### or not. One of the companies that was big in the import scene tried building a TT G and wound up having to buy the car from the owner if Im not mistaking. It just went all sorts of wrong..

Looking to buy sub enclosure or anyone who may have dimensions??
Infamous replied to DiabloChad42's topic in Archived Content
The problem with the Murci is you really can't use wood for the back of the box bc there are computers and some fuses there. So you need to tuck everything neatly, mask it all off, and then lay the glass down so you can squeeze as much air space as possible. Here is a photo of the last one I did for someone. -

Check your PMs. I never got a PM about buying a schematic.. LOL But just to elaborate it does not work that way. I don't have any boxes right now bc I would use my personal car to make the boxes and then sell them. I don't have the LP640 anymore, so unless I get a donor car I can't do it right now. And 2 - 3 hours in labor for the box is no where near accurate. All combined it takes a solid day of labor to make the box. Its split over 3 days tho as you have to wait for fiberglass to cure and such... If there is anyone in the NY/NJ area with a coupe and willing to let me use their car as a donor car I will let them have one of the boxes I make off it.. -

Welcome back.. That is some spree you went on !! Congrats and good luck with them all.. -
I was thinking the same thing. At 85k I will take one to mess with for a bit..

I fit a 12" behind the seat in a roadster so the 10 is of no issue. In my LP640 I was running an Audison AV5.1k amplifier active to a set of Hertz Mille components. Sounded amazing. There is another trick I use in cars like the Murci to raise the sound stage also as most of the speakers are blocked by yourself or your passenger. But hey some things we have to keep a secret..

Equipment is 35% of the equation. 65% of it comes down to the way everything is installed.

The Murci does not come with an amplifier stock. Allan if you have focal speakers in the doors then there has to be an amplifier hidden somewhere I would say. szabo_martin there is a decent amount of room to put the amps on the floor under the storage bin in the trunk. Focal seems to be the go to brand bc they are expensive. Don't get me wrong its a great product but most shops push it onto higher end cars bc of the pricing. I am a fan of their products in certain applications. I like to custom tailor audio systems to my customers taste in music. I have used speakers that cost 1/4 of the price and sound better.
