I know that staring down dogs when youre training them kind of lets them know who's boss... guess the lion wasnt having it... Animals know how hard they bite and claw, and they know how much abuse you can take. If it didn't draw any blood from a human, it probably didn't want to. I mean a cat like that, if they want to kill or maim you, they can easily. That guy was able to get away easily, meaning kitty didn't seem like he was too bent on harming him.
