bhpmaniac Report post Posted April 6, 2013 No offense but loss of an aventador or a modern day car is still bearable. But, loss of these classics is not.. No one can get that back.

Traction Control Off Report post Posted January 23, 2014 I was thinking about this today, as I heard about a car fire locally. Is there any update on this? Anyone attempting a restoration yet?

AudiBull Report post Posted December 1, 2014 Well, a billionaire filing a lawsuit against you is a bad situation no matter the legal outcome. Wrong sparkplugs caused the engine to explode after less than a mile of regular driving?
Kerplop Report post Posted December 1, 2014 Well, a billionaire filing a lawsuit against you is a bad situation no matter the legal outcome. Wrong sparkplugs caused the engine to explode after less than a mile of regular driving? Damn. I've not ever heard of the wrong spark plugs causing a fire. It'll make the engine run hotter if you've got the wrong plugs... it'll cause detonation, but a fire? Unless we're talking a fuel line resting up on the engine somewhere, engine got incredibly hot, heated it up and it burst, or burned through, or something wild along those lines... that just sounds odd. Perhaps there is something specific to that motor in which it becomes an issue. Although... I suppose if there is any magnesium in there, and it got hot enough...
