Honestly I think it would be kind of boring for someone to watch for than 1/2 day. If they organize it like NJ, you are in groups on different parts of the track so most likely she won't be able to see you most of the time. A thought would be to have her come in the am until lunch (which was very good) then send her off for something fun to do and then meet up afterwards.
