I attached a couple videos of a race I had against a 650s. Sadly my gopro was not turned on (MAJOR FAIL) so all I have is the footage from the passenger iphone videos. Knowing that, I am going to ask the question many are pondering.....why were you able to beat a 650s coupe? Are you the better driver? Is your car bone stock? TurboGallardo Report post Posted November 17, 2014 Not really surprising to me. The 650S has 59 less horsepower than the Lambo and at higher speed weight is not much of a factor. All I can tell you is my car was running very strong. I was clocking 165-172 throughout the day. On this particular run I ran 171. The 650s owner was a previous Aventador owner and even was surprised how strong my car was running. I raced several other 12c mclarens and walked them every time.
