More. That has some kind of aero package on it.

It's a street legal F1 LM, rare would be a wild understatement.

Technically all the LM's were street legal as they were road versions of the lemans winning gtr's. This one is special because it has the LM engine in it as compared to

The standard engine. It is also fitted with the high downforce kit. Which I think makes the cars look fantastic. There is a blue one in the Pacific Northwest I believe that is my favorite HdF car.

What's the difference between a race engine and street S70/2 engine other than LM having restrictor?

I believe Race engines were restricted to 600hp. The Roadcar engines were around 627hp and the LM engine was a tad shy of 670

Nothing is 100% until Peloton comes in here and checks my work!

That's what it is called! I couldn't remember so I gave it the generic "aero kit" name :lol2:

I'm going out on a limb and stating $20mil. Anyone care to place a bet?:)

I think only the F1 GTRs will get $20m.

my guess is $15m...

I could be wrong but I thought the gtr's were the "least desirable" of the variations. And hence lowest "value" if you could call an 8 figure car a "value"

I will take that bet.

I've heard rumors (no idea if true) - that on the 5 McLaren LM cars, offers were repeatedly turned down for $25M. This was in 2012 when I was working at the factory.

I wouldnt doubt it. Only 2 are in public. The other 3 (1 orange, and 2 custom livery only seen in pics) are locked away in brunei. I believe only the Zaz museum car (now somewhere else i believe, but could be wrong) and Ralph Laurens are the 2 LM's to ever change hands.
