8.55 1/4 mile pass from Underground Racing TT Lamborghini Huracán

Recommended Posts

So we got a chance to get back out to the track, first time out we went low 9's with a 16 plate Dodson street clutch that we were testing, this time we went back with the 18 plate Dodson and we were able to turn the power up some. Through the 1/2 day of testing we ran aprox SIX 8 second passes with some at 168+ mph. We have been working with Dodson Mororsports to develop a line of street and race clutches that will be available exclusively through Underground Racing. Next we will be testing the Dodson Promax BILLET clutch setup. Exciting times coming for Lamborghini Drag Racing.

Looks like the front wheel may be up on that picture...

So lets see... You have been playing with the 1/4 mile for what... 45 days now, and you are in the mid 8's on a street setup.

Great job UGR!!

Mike

Mid 8's out of a Lamborghini and it cuts 1.3 short times. Pretty damn tough to beat one of these DCT Huracan with a Stage 3 package. This could be one of the best all around street setups there is right now.

I just hope that Heffner and Underground Racing keep pushing the envelope with this platform until we see some damn 7s!

We plan on it as soon as we can start testing with this. ;)

It may take a couple of weeks to get there but it won't be far off.

Maybe Justin will put a DCT back in his Green Huracan. Our billet DCT gearset is about ready to test. ;)

Run it as is in 238 MPH kill mode for data and video purposes and then drop in the billet DCT gear set and do another run lol

In fairness the H engine has been out for 8 years? And the DCT for 4? GTR was a completely new platform (chassis, engine, transmission). Regardless this doesn't take away from UGR's accomplishments.

Judging from Mullet's X @ TX2K I think an X DCT Huracan will eventually be diping into the low 7s (or even better!) when they get there later this year. Totally killer.

baby build lmao

Jesus Mid 8s already and you are just getting started... it has to suck to know you can make 2000+ already but limited by the tranny. I know you are chomping at the bit lmao.

Congrats on the WR!

Very good launch! You are absolutely right, exciting times ahead for Lambo drag racing! So much more power on tap. Like 1000WHP more haha. Depending upon the clutch and transmission development progress we could see 7´s very soon. So impressive!

And even if you don´t want to have a crazy X version, you can get this setup for 99K with a warranty, daily drive it without much headache and smoke hypercars and close to 100% of modified cars that you will ever find on the street.
